  The property was clean and well maintained. This condo was an end unit which gave us an extra window in the living area. It was located on the second floor and very convenient to the lobby and pool. However, we found the table on the balcony too small to accomodate dinners and the kitchen lacked a broiler pan and a few other essentials in the kitchen which would have been helpful. The condo location was convenient to downtown Naples and various beaches. We took the water taxi which was very enjoyable and reasonable. I would recommend this condo to family and friends.

  Owner response: Thank you for posting a review. I have to agree, the outdoor table is on the small side. It's actually a temporary one until the new I ordered arrives. However, the new one really won't be that much larger, I balance design and function. (I'm a sucker for design). With regard to some kitchen utensils, all you had to do was phone or email me and that would have been remedied the same day. I advice all my guests, if there's anything you feel should be there, or you would just like to have, please contact me 24/7. Please don't wait till the end of the vacation to let me know.

  We stayed one week wiht a child of 2 years old, it's a perfect place, the apartment is very clean and confortable, the site is nice with the heated pool and the nature around (the hotel is in a kind of park with trees, few animals..). We loved relaxing and swimming at the pool, there is also a BBQ area. The owner is nice and helpfull as the people of the hotel, they provide towels and baby bed. The Naple's area is pleasant as the beache's. We really had a great, I recommended the place!

  This property was immaculate and far exceeded our expectations. The location provided very convienent access to shopping, eating, and entertainment. Elliot was very helpful,accessable, and a pleasure to rent from. We totally enjoyed this vacation experience, everyone at the resort was pleasant and helpful. The grounds were were beautiful and provided a relaxing atmosphere.We would definately rent here again, and recommend this property to friends and family.

  I would highly recommend this unit at Park Shore Resort as a great place to spend the week in Naples. The resort is well maintained and in a great location - close to the beaches, shopping and fantastic restaurants. The view of the grounds from the back screened in porch is outstanding. The unit is well furnished with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The owner is very concerned and accommodating. This was our first visit to Naples and we feel we made a great selection by choosing this property as our "home away from home".

  We loved the convenience of the property--a Publix and several good restaurants only two blocks away. And you can easily walk to the beach. The unit was very comfortable, if a little small for four adults. But we weren't really there that much. Beautiful pool area and very friendly guests; many seem to return year after year.

  I have vacationed in Naples twice before and I knew the area I wanted to be in. So this time my search was focused. What attracted me to this Unit were the website photos of the apartment and the grounds. I have lived in and visited many countries, and it’s not easy to impress me. Yet, the moment I entered the apartment I was overtaken with admiration and delight. What a spectacular view! The wall of glass wraps the lush tropical outdoors around you wherever in the apartment you are. You don’t even have to step out into the lanai. I was instantly seduced by the view as if almost nothing else would have mattered. Yet the apartment seems to have it all. It is in a great and very convenient neighborhood, close to everything: the most beautiful beaches, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. I have the fondest memories about the early breakfasts in the lanai, enjoying the serenity and the enchantment of the beautiful tropical scenery: luxuriant vegetation, bridges, waterways and adorable Muscovy ducks. The owner was most responsive and considerate. Yes – I’ll definitely be back.

  We traveled from Minnesota to Naples Florida over a 5 days road trip and were so please with the Condo and location we felt right at home day one. The owner is the best we have dealt with in years, very responsive, great to work with and a person you would want as a friend. The condo was very well decorated and had a great king bed. A wonderful surprise for a bad back. Great view, great location and for a resort with short term rental very quiet and relaxing. Nice restaurant( Amore) within walking distance as well as grocery stores, organic market, Walgreen s, bank, etc If you like Mexican check out Flaco's, excellent food.. Great experience.

  Would highly recommend this condo in Park Shore area of Naples. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The pictures are an accurate representation of the property, clean well kept, and nicely appointed. Was an easy 15 minute walk to the beach, public parking available for those who don't want to walk. The resort grounds were lovely, felt very tropical, we spent time watching the ducks come in for a landing on the pond from our balcony. The pool was heated, and never a crowd, hot tub was pleasant too. The BBQ grills were a nice option. Many amenities close by. Elliot was very helpful and a pleasure to coordinate with. Would stay here again.
