Nestled in the heart of Anna Maria, Moon dance offers quaint privacy but only a very short walk over to many restaurant and shopping options. Maybe the best of all, you are a very short walk over to the famous Sandbar restaurant- not need to worry about trying to find a parking spot there!
There are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The main bedroom has a King bed while the second bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom as well as in the main living room. The kitchen has granite counters and is fully stocked for your vacation needs. Minimum night stay varies depending on time of year and certain gap availability.
A $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. A 25% deposit is payable within 7 days of receipt of the reservation email. The final Balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
This home is charged a cleaning fee of $135 , Admin fee of $65, $48 damage protection fee and is taxed at 11.5 %
