  I rented this house for my boyfriend's birthday and had a blast here! The pictures didn't do justice to this place. It's the best looking house on the block! The house was spacious and very open and clean. The owners were VERY thoughtful about placement of everything you could think of from bar soap to baking dishes. We were cooking up a storm and had serving dishes/plates for pretty much everything we made. We had a few questions about things and the owners were very communicative and helpful. Sad to end our lovely weekend but this wonderful house made for unforgettable memories and we will recommend to friends/family that are looking for a Palm Springs getaway. We would definitely come back.

  This wonderful house in Palm Springs, CA was the perfect getaway from the fog and cold of San Francisco. The process of renting and accessing the property was seamless, and the owner, Greg, was extremely helpful throughout the process. The property and backyard pool/spa were very private and every amenity from wifi, a beautiful modern kitchen and laundry in the garage were perfect. I will definitely be renting this property again as well as recommend it to all of my friends and colleagues.

  Wonderful time at the "House of Orange". Myself and 3 close girlfriends found the desired respite we needed from our hectic working mom lives for the weekend. This home fit the bill spendidly!! Gorgeous interiors, nice spaces to kick back, read, watch a movie, chat up late. Dipped our toes in the pool and enjoyed the various seating arrangements in the secluded backyard. Bedroom accomodations are so relaxing. Neighborhood was quiet with mountains all around. Definitely HIGHLY recommend for your next Palm Springs vacation!!

  Had a great stay at this property. House was much bigger than I anticipated and everything for a great stay was provided (linens, kitchen stuff, etc.) Used the BBQ, and cooked breakfast every morning before embarking to Coachella. Owner was super easy to deal with and get a hold of. Fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.

  We had a wonderful stay in the house of orange. We loved the house at first sight. It was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. All high end appliances and the cupboards were stocked with anything you might possibly need. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and loved sitting outside in the evenings with a drink. It is a nice and quiet area and close to the aerial tramway, which was a great adventure, and the center of Palm Springs. Another fantastic experience was the visit to the Indian Canyon trading post. We highly recommend this home and would stay here again.

  Totally loved this house...my friends and I arrived for a casual palm springs getaway weekend and had such a great time at the house that we stayed an extra day! Greg was easy going, accomodating and rents his house at a totally fair price. The house is comfortable, contemporary and open...beds are super comfortable and the outdoor/pool/lounge area was the best. The pictures dont do it justice. The warm fireplace and cozy living room after a long day at the pool was another total bonus. Our only regret was that we only booked it for two nights - fortunately Greg let us extend our stay another day with no hassle. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!

  Wow!! what a great experience. The home was imaculate, close to downtown Palm Springs and a block from great hiking trails. It was everything and more than was advertised. The owner took a lot of care in ensuring that the home was set up to meet every need. The house was perfectly clean, the beds were new and very confortable, the appliances were all new and top of the line, and the pool and surrounding area was perfect. The home offered some wonderful unexpected bonusses like three new wide screen TV's, Mind you who had time for TV with such nice weather plus a pool plus a great hot tub. Little extras like top of the line cooking utensils and champaigne glasses. We could not have hoped for a better home base. We will definately go back to the Orange house.

  We were looking for a comfortable and relaxing home to stay in for a long weekend. We were in Palm Springs to deal with some family issues and the home was a perfect home away from home. It was in the lower 40's at night so the fireplace was a perfect way to warm up! The hot tub was great too, at one point it wasn't working properly and Greg sent someone over right away to help us out. The bedrooms were great and everything was in working order. I recommend this home!

  The house is very clean and well-maintained, and stylish though not too fussy-- we came with a dog and kids. Nicer than we were expecting. We loved the beautiful (and beautifully lit) landscaping, the huge and private pool, spa, and deck (with separate areas for lounging, eating, sunbathing), the large living room and fireplace, the comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen and laundry, and the garage for our car and bikes. Beautiful close-up views of the big mountains in PS, close to the strip in PS and far from the strip malls of Palm Desert = great location.
