Modern house with an open floor plan, that sleeps 6-7 guests. Master bdrm has a king-size bed, one bdrm has a queen-size bed and another has a roomy bunk bed for children. All linens and towels (including pool towels) are included. D/W, washer and dryer take care of daily needs. Swimming pool is a great spot to cool after a day at the beach.
The house is located on the beach-side peninsula of Ormond Beach. The property is clean and very well maintained. It is used as a beach house by the owners. The house is tastefully furnished with new furniture, fresh new linens, appliances and flat screen television and DVD. This home offers privacy with a large wooden fence surrounding the lot. There is a large, 2-car garage and the drive way, that gives plenty of space for safe parking.
Your new home away from home is positioned on a street with a sidewalk and street lights, between the beach on the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. Private beach is excellent for swimming, walking/jogging and gathering shells and watching ocean critters. The neighborhood is lined with beautiful and well maintained homes.
Flagler Beach is within a bike ride distance. Historic St. Augustine is about 45-minute drive. A short drive to the south will take you to Daytona Beach with all its attractions, such as golf, NASCAR races, beach driving, mini golf, restaurants and shopping. About one hour drive is Orlando, with Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios, any many other theme parks to keep you and your family entertained.

What a wonderfully relaxing time we spent at Ormond Beach! The property was exactly as pictured--clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of kitchen gear to cook up some great meals. Spent many warm days walking the beach and even brought some provided chairs one evening to watch a launch right on the beach! Thank you, Mike and Urszula, for answering our questions. We can't wait to come back! We highly recommend this vacation home to anyone who wants to truly relax and enjoy a comfortable place to stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Nothing is more pleasant and relaxing than early morning walk to the ocean with a cup of coffee in hand. We hope our visitors will enjoy the beach and the house as much as we do.

Take a swim or read a book by the pool. Friendly neighbors wave hello, and children can safely ride a bike on a sidewalk. For adults: a bike path takes you for miles along the ocean.
