Exquisite 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on Barefoot Beach. This second floor unit was recently renovated and professionally decorated in November 2012 with new furniture and furnishings throughout. Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the view of the sunsets are stunning as you relax on your lanai listening to the waves or stroll along the beach. Barefoot Beach is truly paradise!
The unit accommodates 6 guests. The master features a king sized bed, walk in closet with built-ins, and 5-piece bathroom complete with jetted tub. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the den has two twin beds. This condo is set with state of the art technology featuring a new 60' Smart TV and Blu-Ray DVD player in the family room, WIFI internet throughout, and TVs in each bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with newer stainless steel appliances and solid surface countertops. The front-loading washer and dryer are new.
Barefoot Beach is a gated community offering many luxurious amenities including 2 pools and hot tubs, a fitness center, and many other activities on the beach just steps away from your condo!
Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs is located between Naples and Fort Myers. The location allows easy access to Barefoot Beach Preserve, Ft. Myers airport, Downtown Naples, Miramar Outlets, and numerous shops and restaurants.
30 day minimum rental per community requirements. All monthly agreements will be at the monthly rate even if stay is less than 30 days.
