A second floor unit that is accessible by elevator, it has all the furnishings you may need in order to enjoy your stay on the river and can entertain in style. It includes a flat screen TV with cable feed, stereo, Blu-ray player, wood bar and river room seating area that includes a fantastic view of the water. Each BR has a queen size bed and a pull out couch can be used for the occasional guest. Full linens are included for all sleeping accommodations.
The unit also has a washer and dryer for your personal use. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the glassware, flatware and cookware you need to enjoy your stay. It includes a microwave and toaster oven for all your cooking needs. The dining room table seat 6 comfortably. You will feel totally at home here.
The outside pool area is complete with a cabana and small bar and outdoor grills that are available for use by all guests. Pool is maintained year round and the grounds of the complex are kept immaculate. There is plenty of parking for your vehicle and your boat and a slip is included as part of the experience. The floating dock is only 5 years old and the slip has extra bumpers added and can dock up to a 30 foot boat comfortably.
Welaka has multiple restaurants and watering holes, and is known as the bass fishing capital of Florida. The town is also known as a golf cart community, and its quiet private nature leads to a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. All the food and supplies you need to shop for are within a 15 min drive.
Whether you are planning to fish, boat at one of the two natural springs nearby, cruise over to nearby Crescent Lake, or just relax in the peace of the old south, you will totally enjoy your stay in this beautiful location. There is even a public tennis court, State Park, and a golf course all nearby for your entertainment.

About the owner: We are a newly married couple from Jacksonville and would like to share our secret hideaway with you. We fell in love with the tranquility of Welaka thanks to friends that introduced us to the area. As we approach retirement we are planning to spend more time in this golf cart community enjoying time in this romantic getaway.
