  My family and I just rented the house a month ago, this is just an amazing house, not only do you get amazed with the views, but also with the beautiful gardens surrounding the house. The care takers did a great job and we were really satisfied by the food as well as the maintenance they gave us. We don't surf, but we were told to visit the Tunco village which is 4 minutes away from the property by car, and we had a really fun time there. On the other hand, the distance from the airport to the property was extremely short, a 40 minute ride. I would definitely come back to this house if I had the opportunity, and I bet this property will booked all year long.Its truly an amazing spot!

  My family of 6 stayed at this incredible property in January 2013 for 5 days . Perfectly mantained , private , secured and close to all the action in El Sunzal and Tunco surf areas ...... This is a unique place with the Jacuzzi hanging over the pacific ocean and the lawn and forested grounds all in great complement to each other.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  He viajado por muchos hoteles 5 estrellas, pero he quedado impresionada con esta casa, ya que no necesitas viajar a otro pais para sentirte en otro nivel , desde la atencion de los empleados hasta cada detalle de ella, sin duda es para personas exigentes y que les gusta disfrutar de lugares espectaculares sin importar el precio.!!!

  Impresionante, Pase unos dias en esta casa con una vista espectacular, cuartos acogedores, todo estaba impecable, mejor que un Hotel 5 Estrellas de cualquier parte del mundo, me encanto todo, la atencion y amabilidad del personal, en conclusion yo recomiendo esta casa para personas que les gusta lugares exclusivos y de alto nivel.

  My family and I wanted to visit Salvadoran beaches, thanks to friends contact us and we rented the one I think one of the best beach homes I visited, had a spectacular week, the rooms are very comfortable and all areas are ideal for relaxing and observe the beautiful view that owns the property ... really recommend to spend time spectacular

  We stayed in this house in early 2012. Whether you’re looking to just relax with your family or hit the waves, there is probably no better beach house to rent in the area. It is located in a large cliff side property surrounded by tropical lush gardens and coconut trees. The house itself is of very good size, very comfortable & fully equipped. The rooms are air-conditioned which makes for a pleasant night sleep. But the best is definitely the stunning 180 degrees views offered by the property, especially from the Jacuzzi. We had such a great time in the Jacuzzi with our friends, especially at sunset where the view was incredible! It also has direct access to a private beach, and it is just minutes away from the best surf spots in the country (El Sunzal). Also within a short distance are a couple of very nice beachside restaurants, with great Salvadorian seafood dishes such as “ceviches”. The restaurants also offer the stunning views typical from the area. But then, the beach house is such a nice place that we rarely wanted to go out! The two people whom take care of the house are also very helpful and nice, which really made a difference.

  I visited this estate in October 2012 and was excelente experience; all the facilities wonderful; besides jacuzzi they have a beatiful swimming pool,,idea for adults and kids; the access to the property very easy and secure; air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly; few neighbors and very kind people.; spectacular view,,,180 degrees view to the Pacific Ocean; walking distance a private beach; the owners very educated persons and friendly.. the property has coco trees,,,one can drink tne coco water right there

  It is rare to come across the opportunity to rent such an amazing spot -—PRIVATE, LUXURIOUSLY COMFORTABLE, SPECTACULAR OUTDOORS (pool and jacuzzi, large garden and private beach beneath)— that is so well maintained and accessible. As you walk in you become absorbed by the magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean, the sound of the waves against the towering cliffs, and the pure ocean air you breathe. It gave me a chance to connect with my family. A beautiful compound to run and walk in the morning, a tranquil beach with perfect temperature water and a pool and jacuzzi so inviting that you want to stay in all day. The house is grand and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are great with comfortable beds, air conditioning and ample bathrooms with hot water.The kitchen is well equipped with a formal dining area next to it. There is lots of space outside with a bar, terrace, barbecue, tables next to the pool to dine al fresco, and hammock rancho with fantastic views. The staff helped us feel pampered and were there to attend our every need. You will not want to leave! Easy contact with the owner and a true eye opener as to the beauty of El Salvador's beaches.

  Nice hidden treasure beach house in El Salvador. If you just want to relax and forget about the stress of work its perfect, or for a romantic getaway. If you like Surf & Party its located 5 minutes away from the TUNCO beach, the best surf spot in the whole country. I highly recommend to rent this place, you wont regret it, its worth the price in full!

  Fueron las mejores vacaciones que he tenido, yo soy de Guatemala pero no me imagine que en el vecino pais de El Salvador encontraría un lugar tan espectacular. Visité esta propiedad a pricipios de diciembre/12 con mi esposo y mis hijo y la pasamos super bien, excelente clima, una amable atención de parte del personal, la playa hermosa y de la vista ni hablar, es una maravilla, tambien hay un ambiente seguro y tranquilo que es lo que buscabamos. Ademas esta cerca de la famosa playa el tuco, donde recibimos clases de surf, ya que mi hijo es amante de este deporte y aqui en las costas de Guatemala no tenemos tan buenas olas como en El Salvador, fue muy divertido y entretido para toda la familia, tambien tuvimos la oportunidad de ir a varios restaurantes que estan cerca de la propiedad. No dudo que regresemos a este paraiso, pues quedamos encantados y aprovecharemos que estamos muy cerca.

Discounts for 2 weeks or longer;

Easter/Aug 1-7 Holidays: $2,975 p/week or $450 p/day;

XMAS/New Year's Holidays:$3,500 p/week or $525 p/day;

Low season(june1-sep 30):$2,450 or $375p/day.High season(oct 1-may 31):$2,800 or $425p/day.

PRIVATE VILLA ONLY Rates: $190 p/night. Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra adult pays $60 p/night. Max 4 adults. Family with a max of 3 children under 16

50% of rent is required to reserve desired dates.

There is also a $350 refundable damage deposit required.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Rates include: taxes,caretaker,linens and others.

A cook/housekeeping is available for an extra fee.
