Quiet neighborhood backing to the San Bernardino National Forest with sledding hill in the rear. Subject has a California King Bed in the master bedroom with a slider leading to the national forest, second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. The living area has a comfortable over-sized chair and queen bed sleeper sofa. Cozy stone gas fireplace with log mantle in living area for the cold evenings. Hardwood floors throughout and natural stone in the bathroom. Kitchen offers a finished log bar, 3 leather stools, beautiful butcher's block counter with a full size oven, microwave, toaster oven, vacation size stainless steel refrigerator and built in dishwasher drawer. Flat screen televisions in the master bedroom and living area, with DVD players in both. Internet and cable available. Beautiful pine knot dining set provides seating for 6 to 8. Cabin can sleep 7 comfortably. BBQ located on front deck. Large front deck provides wood storage container right outside the door and snow shovels for winter tenants. Cabin is easy to access and street is plowed regularly during in the winter months allowing for easy coming and going. Winter months allow for nearby snow-shoeing, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, sledding, etc. and summer / spring offers lake activities including fishing, boating, swimming, mountain biking or hiking. Beautiful, quiet and well taken care of home.

We had a great weekend in this cabin! Everything is newly remodeled, clean and up to date. The photos do not even capture how cute it is. There were plenty of movies to watch and games to play! It is very close to the village but you feel so far away. It is very peaceful and cozy. There is plenty of room to sled behind the cabin. We also found some great sledding up the street! The owners were very helpful, sent clear instructions and kept us informed of the weather prior to our trip. I would definitely recommend this property and we are already trying to figure out a date to go back.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

This cabin was great for us! The owners have clearly put much love into a recent interior remodel and everything is new and really wonderful. The cabin is easy to reach, close to Snow Summit and the Village, not far from the main road but also not "right on" the main road. The cabin itself is convenient, clean, cute and cozy. There is ample drawer and closet space for unpacking, two tvs with videos for the whole family, a great fireplace, and really just a great, mountain cabin feeling but with an upscale feel. We went with our four small children and while the cabin is not large, there was plenty of room with a master, second bedroom and pull-out couch in the tv/fireplace area. The cabin is small enough that none of my young children were anxious about being too far away (which can be a problem in a multi-story home). Finally, the owners were responsive and available every step of the way, providing clear instructions and clearly taking the time to add extra touches to make your stay special. The one thing I would add (as they point out in their ad), while the front room gets warm from the heater, the bedrooms do not get too much heat so you may want to bring additional blankets. (And for the owners, you may want to leave one or two in the closet). I was fine but I could see how on a very cold weekend you might want extra blankets in the bedrooms. With all that said, this cabin is 5 stars for the price!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.
