Very pleasant stay at this clean and modern apartment. Kitchen is well furnished and there are many places to sit and relax. Very bright apartment with large windows. Parking space is convenient. Gym, pool and sauna are nice. Centrally located. Owners are accommodating. Would recommend to friends and family.

Lovely condo in excellent condition. So nicley decorated nd thoroughly equipped. Felt pampered to saty there. Central location. Amazing view Accommodating and flexible hosts. Can't say enough good things! Highly recommended!!!

My son and I stayed at this apartment for a week from March 2 - March 9, 2013. I was a little concerned since there were no "reviews" on VRBO as of yet, but after talking to Moji, one of the owners, I was convinced. This apartment was fantastic. First it is large. The master bedroom has a true king-size bed and lots of space. The second bedroom is smaller, but equally well-equipped. Second, there is a tremendous amount of storage space. As opposed to some apartments where the owners have lots of items "stored" in the apartment, at 1000 Beach Avenue, the closets are empty except for a large supply of extra hangers for you. All the drawers are empty, lined, and squeaky clean. Third, the kitchen is equipped with new high-end appliances and really good pots, pans and knives. Beautiful granite counters and backsplashes and lots of stainless steel. We cooked dinner there twice and had coffee and breakfast every morning. So convenient. Fourth, there is a real dining room, which comes in very handy. Fifth, there is a high-end LG washer and separate dryer which are new, easy to use, and very efficient. Sixth, the view is so much more stunning then any picture can show you. You can see Granville Island and the market from the window, and it's a very short aquabus ride over there for shopping or whatever. Seventh, the building and parking are very secure. Moji and Doug met us at the apartment and got us parked, demonstrated all the security, and answered all our questions. The dark hardwood floors in the apartment are new. There is a large bench and shoe storage chest in the foyer which offers seating to remove and store your shoes. It's an eastern sensibility that fits perfectly in this place and is no bother at all. There is also a health club which you can access with exercise machines , an indoor pool and a spacious hot-tub. In short, if you want to stay in a place with fixtures and conveniences that rival the best hotels, this is a place you will enjoy.
