This is a NON SMOKING facility. Any smoking in the house or on the property will result in an automatic loss of deposit. This property is not available for events -- any social activities which exceed the maximum guests (14) must be approved by the owners in advance.

Cancellation policy:
Check in Day is Saturday. Check in is at 4 pm and Check out is noon. Please consult owner before using fireplace to insure operation is understood. Use of pool and property is at the renter's risk. Do not add any chemicals to the pool and please rinse off before using pool. Do not flush anything except toilet paper. We do not have a garbage disposal so all food and solids must go in the trash. Please put all trash in the dumpster (which is emptied on Wednesdays). If you have any issues with the house, please call owners immediately.

Year Purchased: 1997
About the owner: Chuck's family has owned the farm property for nearly 100 years. We built our home around an existing home in 2005 to raise our growing family -- three girls including a set of twins. We built the barn and riding facilities in 2007 to run a riding program for children and adults. Today, we are living in Middlebury, VT where Jane has a full time job running an education technology company.

We have an outdoor pool with a large deck with breathtaking views, a large great room with a pool table, a functional kitchen with a SubZero refrigerator, dishwasher. Our country dining room has a large table with access through french doors to a wrap around deck. The great room has a working fireplace and a pool table. Our rural setting allows you to watch the neighbor's cows graze, have a game of wiffleball or frisbee and we have an awesome hill for sledding in the winter. Every room in our home is light-filled and the many windows offer wonderful views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
