We are also located less than half a mile from Gulf Shores State Park where you can find endless activities.
You will also be comfortable while resting inside the condominium with the master containing a queen-size bed and the living room having a queen sleeper sofa. The unit also has twin bunk beds which can be closed off with a pocket door to create privacy. You may also enjoy the breathtaking view from the balcony as you sip on your morning coffee or unwind from the day. You can even see the waves rolling in while you prepare your lunch in the kitchen. This destination promises to bring you back again and again!

My husband and I have enjoyed going to the Gulf Shores area since our girls were 2 and 4 years old. We made the switch from vacationing in Panama City because it just was not very family oriented and once we had our girls we wanted a more family oriented vacation spot. Our girls are now 10 and 12 and we have definately found the perfect vacationing spot for us. We actually bought the condo after researching for many years about buying investment properties. All of the research shows that you should buy beach investment property in locations that you enjoy yourself. Therefore, we bought a place that was a perfect match for our family and we have been fortunate to find that it is the perfect vacation spot for others as well. We are blessed to have many families that rent from us year after year. That is the best reassurance for us that we have made a wise investment!

We chose to buy this property because we love Gulf Shores and hoped that if others love it as much as we do this would be a great investment property!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our complex is a small complex with only 40 units which means the beach is never crowded. Because of its small size, you even get to know those vacationing with you and make great friends. We also love how close our pool is to the beach. There are not long boardwalks to endure each day. Our unit is also a first floor unit which still gives us a great view of the ocean, but keeps us from wasting any of our vacation waiting on elevators. We take the stairs wherever we go! Finally, our complex is walking distance from many restaurants and shopping. We don't like wasting vacation time in the car either, so this keeps us out of the car, yet we enjoy the best restaurants Gulf Shores has to offer!

Wonderful Labor Day Weekend

We stayed at the condo during Labor Weekend, which was also the same weekend that Tropical Storm Lee hit the area. We walked in and were so very pleased with the entire condo. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids ranging from 3-8. It was pleasantly decorated and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. We cooked breakfast each morning and 2 dinners. It was just like home! We spent a lot of time indoors because of the heavy rain and wind, but having the incredible view of the storm and waves made it a very cool experience. It felt like "our place" and everyone was truly comfortable relaxing. We did make it to the beach one morning and we were so glad to have the washer and dryer! I recommend this condo to any couple or family and we will definitely rent the same condo again. Anissa was great to work with!

My review is a little late but I am referring this place to a friend and remembered that I forgot to do this back in OCT. The condo was beautiful and so was the view from our balcony. Everything was within walking distance from the room. The owners were wonderful to deal with! Couldn't have asked for better people to do business with! We will definitely be returning!

We really enjoyed our brief get away this weekend! Thanks so much to Anissa for being so easy to work with! The condo was just perfect! Very convenient the heart of Gulf Shores and just a few steps to the beach! The beach was beautiful in spite of a few tar balls and some residue from the oil spill, overall not that big a deal. Thank you to the Andrews for sharing their home with us! We really enjoyed it.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Andrews Condo. Last was 2007. Decor was different this time around and perfect. We came from Ohio with the threat of oil and had a great time. Hurricane Alex gave us the most grief! We walked from the condo to the gift shops and the Hangout.

What a great place! The location was great and the condo wonderful. We plan to be return customers for sure! For this price directly on the beach it's the nicest place we have ever stayed. We just returned from a wonderful visit at Tropic Isle. This was my first time to visit Gulf Shores since I was a small child and I loved it. I don't think I will ever go to Panama City again! We loved the condo, the porch is great for watching the pool, beach, sunrise and sunset. The people are so nice and relaxed. Thanks so much Lee and Anissa! I hated to leave and we will DEFINITELY be back!
