Just returned home yesterday afternoon. It was very hard to leave. #1. The Condo owner can NOT be any nicer. #2. Location,convenience, the facility, top notch. Small, quiet, in the center of everything, easy access, ideal are words that I use to describe this condo and it's location. It is so bright and sunny and convenient. I have rented from VRBO a lot over the years... This condo and the pictures of the view are spot on.. not zoom enhanced. I have already passed the contact information for this condo on to several friends of mine. I hope to return again and again! There is NOTHING negative to say! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home away from home with us and for working with me on such short notice. May the Lord continue to bless your family richly!

Wonderful Labor Day Weekend

We stayed at the condo during Labor Weekend, which was also the same weekend that Tropical Storm Lee hit the area. We walked in and were so very pleased with the entire condo. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids ranging from 3-8. It was pleasantly decorated and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. We cooked breakfast each morning and 2 dinners. It was just like home! We spent a lot of time indoors because of the heavy rain and wind, but having the incredible view of the storm and waves made it a very cool experience. It felt like "our place" and everyone was truly comfortable relaxing. We did make it to the beach one morning and we were so glad to have the washer and dryer! I recommend this condo to any couple or family and we will definitely rent the same condo again. Anissa was great to work with!

My review is a little late but I am referring this place to a friend and remembered that I forgot to do this back in OCT. The condo was beautiful and so was the view from our balcony. Everything was within walking distance from the room. The owners were wonderful to deal with! Couldn't have asked for better people to do business with! We will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our family vacation so much, we didn't want to leave! The view was beautiful and the location was fantastic! The week that we were there there was hardly any oil! Everything was fantastic!

We really enjoyed our brief get away this weekend! Thanks so much to Anissa for being so easy to work with! The condo was just perfect! Very convenient the heart of Gulf Shores and just a few steps to the beach! The beach was beautiful in spite of a few tar balls and some residue from the oil spill, overall not that big a deal. Thank you to the Andrews for sharing their home with us! We really enjoyed it.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Andrews Condo. Last was 2007. Decor was different this time around and perfect. We came from Ohio with the threat of oil and had a great time. Hurricane Alex gave us the most grief! We walked from the condo to the gift shops and the Hangout.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing.

The condo was great, but the ocean view stole the show! My family and I enjoyed our vacation; the little ones joyfully played in the sand and happily splashed in the kiddie pool.

What a great place! The location was great and the condo wonderful. We plan to be return customers for sure! For this price directly on the beach it's the nicest place we have ever stayed. Anissa is great to work with. I would recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great beach location, especially for the Shrimp Festival! Thanks to the Andrews family!

We just returned from a wonderful visit at Tropic Isle. This was my first time to visit Gulf Shores since I was a small child and I loved it. I don't think I will ever go to Panama City again! We loved the condo, the porch is great for watching the pool, beach, sunrise and sunset. The people are so nice and relaxed. Thanks so much Lee and Anissa! I hated to leave and we will DEFINITELY be back!

We just got back and had a super stay with great weather and much relaxation in your condo. I will highly recommend your place to my friends. This beach condo is perfect for families. It sleeps six and has a large deck facing the beach and overlooking the pool. The location couldnt be better and parking in front of the building is easy and accomodates two cars for each unit. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make quick meals. Thanks Anissa for everything. Hope to visit your condo again on our next trip down.

What a wonderful condo with a fabulous location! We enjoyed Memorial Day weekend here & can definitley highly recommend this unit as a good rental. The pool was great - baby pool, too! You are right on the beach & can enjoy the ocean view from the balcony! The crew bunks were a great option for additional sleeping, too! Top notch condo & look forward to staying with you again!
