Our family of four found this unit was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the update to the decor and felt as though we were staying in a place that people care about. With younger children, it was convenient to be close to the pool which we could see from the lanai. The tree off the lanai provided privacy and a pleasant view. We walked the beach, but swam south. The grocery store is very convenient. We did not sleep with the a/c on which allowed voices from the street to carry in at night, but felt very safe and that we received excellent value for our hard-earned money, especially when compared to the unit our parents stayed in (B 201) which I would not recommend as they were charged more for a less comfortable stay.

I stayed here for a week (actually I leave tomorrow ) and I love this place. I came alone and have felt very safe the entire time. The kitchen is very well equipped, the queen size bed is so comfortable and the place was very clean. There is everything you need for the beach from beach chairs, towels, cooler bags, beach matts to boogie boards. The owners were very helpful as well. I will be back for sure! Kari

My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights and it was one of our favorite places on the island. It is one block from the beach and one from a grocery store. The place is very clean, easy to check into and had everything we needed. It comes fully stocked with all kinds of pots and pans (that were in really good shape). There is a great pool with a grilling/outdoor kitchen area that we used to grill some burgers and pineapple. The place is really quiet even though it is close to everything. The beds are comfortable, apartment gets lots of light and a good amount of breeze coming through. I just can't say enough about how much we liked the place. Waaay better than just staying at some hotel. The photos do not do it justice. It felt like home right away.

A Wonderful Stay
We had the pleasure of staying in this unit from March 29 to April 7th, 2013. We are very glad we chose this unit (and trust me, we looked at plenty!). Before arriving, I worried about bugs and cleanliness (I'm very "Type A"), and I needn't have worried at all! The condo was very clean (very, very clean) and organized! The bed in the master bedroom was amazing! Really comfortable! The mattress was of good quality (which is important in our opinion and we weren't disappointed). There was plenty of storage in the master and the second bedroom to store our clothes and tuck away our suitcases for the 10 days we were there. Kitchen was just the right size to make breakfasts and dinners in. There were some nice extra's that were offered (like pool noodles and beach chairs and the sort - which definately came in handy), there was even a cooler in the utility room to use when we made picnic lunches. Kihei Garden Estates was a perfect setting for us, as we were travelling with two other families (who also rented condos within the resort), and we were able to use the Outdoor Kitchen Facilities and have our "Easter Dinner" down by the pool. We actually CHOOSE Kihei Garden Estates initially because it looked like the Outdoor Kitchen would suit our needs quite well (with multi-families wanting to have the occasional meal together). It was great! Kids loved the pool. This unit had a great view of the pool and gardens - very nice. Can't say enough on how much we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

This condo fully met the needs of 2 adults and 2 young teenagers. The twin beds were what sold us as they are hard to find. The condo and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is lovely and modern with everything we needed to cook most nights. The fans and windows had a nice cross flow breeze so we never used the A/C. The lanai is spacious with morning light for breakfasts. The street is quiet at night and parking was never an issue. The beach is nice for sunsets but I wouldn't swim there. All our favorite Kihei beaches were 10-15 mins away and there is lots of shopping within walking distance. We had a couple of questions and the owners responded quickly and accurately. The WiFi worked well for the kids and they also enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evenings.
