The master suite is equipped with a KING size bed, a flat screen LCD TV with cable, private 3 pc en-suite bathroom and a large walk in closet. The guest has two comfortable twin beds and close to a second full bathroom. Both Bedrooms have luxurious Egyptian cotton, high thread count sheets. The den has a sofa bed, allowing room for guests if needed. The living room has comfortable seating, a LARGE 46 inch LCD HD TV with FREE cable and WIRELESS INTERNET - all the comforts of home. Do you love to watch sunsets or enjoy your morning coffee outside? Then you will love your 9X12 screened lanai with private and serene views (our lanai is one of the few that offers total privacy with views of nature ... not your neighbours!). The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances, Corian counter tops, maple cabinetry and tile throughout. It is equipped with exactly what you need for all your cooking needs and more.
When looking out of the kitchen and living room, you see the spectacular views of lakes, the 14th fairway of the 'Cypress' course, and preserves. Relax on the screened-in lanai and enjoy the comfort of a synthetic wicker love seat, two chairs and a coffee table as you doze off overlooking paradise.
We have included a few extra touches to make your stay all the more enjoyable: Diamond Back bikes, Desk and chair, Geroge Foreman Grill, all-clad pots and pans, bake ware, blender, coffee machine, plush beach towels, DVD library, books and some games for those rainy days.
The building has an Elevator, an Assigned Covered Parking spot directly in front of the unit and two additional resort pools located - one in front of our condo and the other directly across the roadway.

About the owner: After visiting this resort we fell in love with the resort like community and all the activities it has to offer. We both enjoy the spectacular golf and tennis facilities are exceptional, the club house is top notch and the views from the condo are amazing! We look forward to spending our winters in Naples, once we retire. Until then, we welcome you to enjoy our home away from home.
