“Welcome to condo 302, bring the family and relax in our 2 bedroom unit that accommodates 6 guests!
The condo is just steps from the pools and the beach. This condo a has fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico, and you can see from inside the condo, not just out on our large balcony! This two bedroom, two bathroom condo easily accommodates up to 7 guests. It has a king bed in the master, queen and twin in the guest bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Beautiful new tile floors throughout the living areas as well as new carpet in the bedrooms have recently been installed. This condominium also features new cabinets and new lighting in both bathrooms.
This unit is complete with a fully equipped kitchen that has new cabinets, granite countertops, 3 flat screen TVs, 3 DVDs, and a CD player. A full size washer and dryer are available for your added convenience. The condo has free wireless internet. The front desk/concierge at Edgewater is available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and offers convenient on site check in. 24 hour maintenance is always available.
Edgewater has an on-site state-of-the-art fitness center with sauna. The property also has 2 sparkling pools, one that has a waterfall, a children's splash pool, and a heated spa. We have gas grills located at the picnic area, along with shuffleboard and basketball courts, and a professional putting green. Enjoy lunch and drinks at our Tiki Bar and Grill with your FREE $20.00 gift certificate (minimum one week stay). You can relax on our beautiful beach with FREE DAILY BEACH SET UP (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay. (Available from 3/1 – 11/1).
Famous for our Snowbird Club, the club offers our guests enjoy planned daily activities as well as golf discounts. Edgewater also has many nightly activities including our Mardi Gras Ball .
The local area offers a wide variety of championship golf courses, tennis, biking and hiking trails. We are within walking distance to many of the areas fine restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and recreational activities. Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall is just across the street. Water sports, parasailing, and dolphin/sunset cruises are nearby.
