This two bedroom two bath condominium is located across the street from Byrant Park and the Intercoastal, a short walk from downtown Lake Worth, 15 minute walk to beaches and the new Lake Worth Casino complex.
The two larger sized bedrooms each have a queen bed, walk in closets with great storage and flatscreen TV with cable. The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom with tub/shower. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway with shower, convenient to the second bedroom as well as for guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has stove, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator and is fully equipped with all that's necessary for a dinner for up to eight. There's also a blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and electric griddle.
The cute dining area has dining table and chairs in a spacious area with ceiling fan. The spacious living room has a new, comfortable large couch with chaise lounge along with other chairs for additional seating. The living room also features a 32” flat screen cable TV and plenty of lighting for reading.
The unit features plenty of storage space including a spacious hall closet stocked with additional bath towels, beach towels, blankets, iron, ironing board and a queen air mattress for extra guests. Also a large entry closet for storage.
The complex is a Florida old style complex with only eight units and two floors. The units are situated around a beautiful courtyard with lovely plants and sitting area. There's also a communal gas grill on the second level with table and chairs.

Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: We live in Vermont but fell in love with the old style charm of this complex while visiting friends who also have a unit here. We had visited Lake Worth many times before and really liked the laid back feel of the area and downtown. Very unpretencous and welcoming attitude. Similar to our hometown in Vermont where we own a Lodge- the Hyde Away Inn.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Worth:
We really love the location of this complex- so close to water, the Park and downtown. We also like the intimacy of the complex with only eight units and the courtyard with their lush plants and seating. Such an old Florida feel.
