My mother and I recently stayed at this apartment and I do not know where to start with all of the wonderful aspects of the apartment. First, Sylvie is an absolute pleasure. She was always quick to respond to all of my inquiries and always pleasant. The apartment was delivered to us in immaculate condition. Despite being a small space it worked perfectly for two people. The layout and features of the apartment have been designed to make the absolute best use of every space- functional kitchen, comfortable living area with cable TV, WiFi, etc., along with a comfortable and clean bed. Not to mention the modern and tasteful decor. Quiet and safe building! The location of the apartment is perfect if you want to be central and have access to bus and metro lines but also want to feel like you are a Parisian. Great proximity to Rue Cler and the Eiffel Tower (which we watched light up every night!). Close to boulangerie, restaurants, and shops. Everything about this apartment is just....well, perfect!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My husband and I were recently in Paris and had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property. The apartment is newly renovated with modern amenities, it has a very comfortable bed, a functional kitchen with everything that you need ... it was just perfect for the two of us. It is located on a quiet street in a fabulous area. There are patisseries, shops and fruit and vegetable stands just a few steps from your door, as well as too many fantastic restaurants to choose from! To top it all off, Sylvie, your host is extremely helpful and kind. She was in touch with us to give us restaurant recommendations as well as booking a taxi for us to the airport. She was very pleasant to deal with. My husband and I recommend this apartment without hesitation and we hope to be back there soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This is my 16th visit to Paris and my 11th time renting an apartment. I have never rented the same apartment twice, so I think I've seen lots and have lots to compare. First let me start by saying that in all my rental experience I have not run into anyone better to deal with than Sylvie. She is the most accommodating and helpful person I have, to date, dealt with. She even had a bottle of wine, some orange juice and chilled water waiting for me. Now, for the apartment....yowza! Everything in the apartment is brand new and sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need..including coffee maker (and coffee), electric tea kettle (and tea) and an electric juicer (never saw that in any of my other 10 rentals!). The bathroom has a beautiful shower and even includes bandaids and other might-need pharmacy items. Little things have been designed into the apartment to enhance your stay - like a light that goes on when you open the closet door in the bedroom..many state-of-the-art light fixtures with dimmer capabilities to mention just a few. This apartment is quite small and perfect for only two people, but the way it's designed you feel like it's so much bigger. This this the only neighborhood I will ever stay in. It has everything you would want -stores, restaurants, bakeries (oh, yes, great bakeries) and close to many metro/bus stops. You also can walk to so many attractions that are desired by Parisian tourists. It is my pleasure to be the first person to review this exceptional property. This apartment and this location are a real plus.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.
