This rustic-yet-luxuriously remodeled condo sleeps 2-3. It has been upgraded with new appliances, new wood floors, carpeting and paint. New butcher block countertops and metal surround on fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked, includes all linens, Flat Screen TV. It is tastefully furnished with a new memory foam Queen bedroom and a pullout sofa sleeper with lounge in the living room. The decor includes faux fur, warm ethnic fabrics and metal modern touches. NO PETS ALLOWED. NON SMOKING ONLY. WiFi and Cable TV available and guest card for clubhouse use while staying with us!

Adorable comfortable stylish
Adorable comfortable stylish
Tastefully decorated and up to date 1 bed/1 bath condo just the right size for our little family. Obvious pride in ownership. Kitchen is well stocked and master bed is really comfy. Incredibly easy booking procedure and owners are easily accessible and responsive.

CST AND CHECKOUT is 10 A.M. CST. NO Early Check-in or late checkout. This is a NON SMOKING unit. PETS -are NOT permitted in our rental condo under any conditions. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be paid in full at the time of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. • No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. • No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. • All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. • All keys are left in the realtor box on door, Clubhouse key replaced on hook and unit is left locked. • All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. • No linens are lost or damaged. • NO early check-in or late checkout. • The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by My Community. PAYMENT – All payments are taken in full at time of booking. CANCELLATIONS – CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to three (3) persons. An additional charge or $10.00 per person per night for any owner approved extra guests more than three. MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a two (2) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two nights, the guest will be charged the three-night rate. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the condo, but we provide extra beach towels for your use at Clubhouse. Be sure to return these to condo hamper. Do not leave them at the Clubhouse pool. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. PARKING – PARKING – Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. HOT TUB – No children under the age of 14 permitted in hot tubs at any time. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. FIREPLACES – The fireplace is a vented wood-burning firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. You may only use Duraflame logs. Do NOT burn firewood in our condo fireplace. WATER AND SEPTIC – These condos are on mountain septic systems. The mineral content in the water is high. Bath water may be rust-colored at first but still safe after a minute of flushing out the color. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred dollars ($200). STORM POLICY– STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for winter storms unless an actual CDOT closure is effect. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Paved drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to www.InsureMyTrip.com for details and to purchase. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
