Our townhouse has been completely renovated. This end unit is very private and a perfect place to relax and unwind. It has extra windows and is light and bright. The kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED, including new glass top range, new refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, new dishwasher and new microwave. You will be comfortable in our platform beds with new MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES which offers contouring support for luxurious comfort with new linens and everything else you could possibly need! WiFi internet access and flat LED TV's. Main floor has the master bedroom with a king sized bed, the second floor is a loft which has 2 queen sized beds, and it's own bathroom. All new tile floors were put in the entire unit. The screen in porch has a round table and 4 chairs along with a brand new full-sized washer & dryer. The ground floor is a garage for the golf cart. All you need are your personal belongings and food.
Little Gasparilla Island is a very unique place for a vacation. If you love the beach and boating, you'll find plenty to do at Hideaway Bay Beach. Whether you prefer a leisurely walk or a refreshing jog along the 7 miles of pristine beaches, you'll encounter many interesting things along the way like: beautiful shells, sharks' teeth, sand dollars, sea turtle nests, dolphins and manatees.
The fishing enthusiasts will not be disappointed. There are many excellent fishing guides in the area or you can bring your own boat and use one of the slips at the private community dock.
In addition to boating and fishing, golfing is a major activity on the mainland. Swimming/snorkeling in the Gulf or the pool is also a fun way to stay cool.
Great shopping and dining are also available at nearby Placida and Boca Grande. Whatever your day entails, don't forget to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.
Quiet island living, breezy porch, and Gulf front views what better way to spend a vacation than on a tropical remote island with only sandy golf cart paths for roads?! After discovering our island you will come back time after time. We know you will enjoy it as much as we do. The island is accessible by boat only. Park your car on the mainland and ride the free Hideaway Bay Beach Club's private ferry, which runs every 2 or 3 hours depending on the day of the week.

Rental Agreement and Cancellation policy: Short Term Rental Agreement This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Milan and Adriana Moravcik (“Homeowner”) and (“Guest”) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: The property is located at: 9400 Little Gasparilla Island Unit J-10, Placida, FL 33946. THIS IS NO SMOKING UNIT. Smoking is allowed outside only. NO PETS are allowed. The property is furnished and includes golf cart. The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons. The lease begins at 4:00 p.m. on (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at 10:00 a.m. on (the “Checkout Date”). A 7 nights minimum stay. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property. Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. A deposit of $250.00 is due at time of reservation. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 7 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to: damage to the property, furnishings or golf cart; dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay. All keys are left on the key hanger, unit is left locked, and no linens and towels are lost or damaged. Lessee shall keep the premises clean and in good condition and shall pay for any repairs caused by accident, negligence, or misuse by lessee or lessee's guests. Lessee shall neither paint nor make any alterations to the premises without the prior express and written consent of the owner. Also a payment of ½ rent, $85.00 cleaning fee & tax is due at time of reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior check-in. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows: 100% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date (less credit cards fees if any) From 30 days until 2 weeks before check in you will receive 1/2 back and if you have to cancel within the 2 weeks prior to check in we must keep the $400. 10. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance. The parties agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement, as evidenced by the signatures set forth below. If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: • The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or • A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. • The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: -Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; -Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and -Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. Rental Rules: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. The premises are rented for use as a residence for not more than 4 people. The cost for electric, water, television, trash collection and utilities, shall be at the expense of Owners. Lessee shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors nor use the premises for any unusual or unlawful purposes nor conduct any hazardous activity on the premises nor violate any law, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises. Lessee shall obey the rules and regulations of the Hideaway Bay Association, Lessee specifically agree that no unlicensed driver under 16 drives a golf cart on the Hideaway Bay premises. Property owners and their agents are in no way responsible or liable for any personal injury or death incurred by rental guests or visitors during the occupancy period as specified above. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Vehicles are to be parked in fenced-in area across the street from the ferry dock only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
