Surrounded by the U of M nature reserve. 250' of sandy beachfront thirty steps from the front porch or patio. Pure sand bottom - no weeds, no rocks. Great for children as it is shallow for 600' out. Outside shower with hot water. Perfect for building wonderful family vacation memories.

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: Built in 2005 as our northern Michigan home. Work relocation to Florida in December, 2012. Decided to keep the Burt Lake home for retirement and vacation rental.
Why the Owner Chose Burt Lake:
No nicer sand beach on Burt Lake. North Bay is the quietest location on the lake. Newer home.
