We are located on the south end of the island in a more sedate family atmosphere. We are convenient to Santini Plaza which has nine restaurants (including an ice cream shop!), post office, CVS drug store, book store, hardware store, clothing stores and miscellaneous other shops.
We have one of the larger beach houses. It offers three bedrooms (two split from the master) and two full-size baths. The master has a private bath with a bidet. The master has a king-size bed, the other bedrooms have a queen and two twins. The master has a flat panel TV/DVD with remote, the queen-size bedroom has a TV with DVD/CD player. The twin bedroom has a TV with remote and DVD/CD player. We are on extended cable for your enjoyment. We do offer a self-inflated air mattresses for parties larger than six. There is one queen and two twins.
The house has a 20-foot by 30-foot tiled great room. It has a large 37" LCD with Sony DVD/VCR home theater. We have broadband for your computer. The kitchen offers full-size appliances including refrigerator with ice maker. The microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and oven/range will help make you feel right at home, and the full-size washer and dryer will make those extended stays easier.
The screened lanai overlooks the in-ground heated and screened swimming pool. It is easy to pass the drinks and food through the service window from the kitchen. There is a second outside entertainment area around the pool with table,chairs and gas grill.
There is a garage with automatic opener for your use.
Our house has "peek a boo" views of the gulf and is across the street from the beach. The beautiful white sand beach is a stone's throw from our house. It is nice to come back from the beach and cool off in your own private pool. |
