Stayed at condo from 1/25/13 to 3/13/13 and was sorry to leave. Upon arrival owner met myself & my wife to review the condo. Fresh flowers on the dining table and very clean throughout entire condo with new carpet & new TVs. Every item was there from toilet tissue to spices in the kitchen, which was very clean. 1st. Floor with easy entrances. This unit is larger than most, as this is a corner unit with great views. Best unit in building. Lani facing the beach and the water was only 30 feet away with great ocean sounds, with fish and dolphins jumping. Only a few minutes away from restaurants & shopping. Owner was great to work with and we hope to return.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.
