Welcome to our modern, beautifully presented four bedroom, three bathroom villa which features outstanding south-facing views from the oversized pool deck, private pool and jacuzzi over the 4th fairway of the prestigious, four star championship golf course, Southern Dunes - a truly wonderful view to sip a cold drink over while dipping your toes with family and friends after a long but magical Florida day out.
The stylish open plan family room gives our villa a spacious feel with plenty of dining for up to twelve people and is also tiled to help keep our villa comfortably cool in the summer months. Slider doors lead directly to the pool deck, perfect for providing relaxing time out from the theme parks for guests keen to the most of the fairway view but equally fun and inviting for all guests, young and old.
A professionally converted games room also keeps everybody entertained.
Our villa also has the advantage of having two master bedrooms, both with en-suites, one of which has access to the pool deck. There are two further bedrooms, both with two twin-sized beds. There is also a third bathroom.
We are ideally located in quiet, beautiful Southern Dunes, a highly rated championship golf course, but still conveniently close to the major attractions of DisneyWorld, Seaworld, Universal Studios and the soon to open Legoland.
Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and other attractions can easily be reached, as are the Gulf and Atlantic coasts and wider parts of Florida.
However, if you prefer you can just simply sit back, relax and take in the view, a round of golf or a stroll to one of the nearby lakes to watch the Floridian sunset.
It really is a wonderful location.

Why the Owner Chose Southern Dunes
From the moment we started thinking about a vacation home there was only one possible place the family wanted to be......Florida.
The attractions are great, the weather is great, the shopping is great, the beaches are great, it's all round family fun.
We chose Southern Dunes particularly, only after we'd visited lots of villas in the Disney area.
Southern Dunes is a gated community, has a great upmarket feel and a fantastic golf course. It is not too far from the airports (we fly into either Sanford or Orlando) and is only twenty minutes from all the major attractions, yet it feels like a world away after all the hustle and bustle of a hectic day at the parks.
The guard house provided extra security for my peace of mind with the children and there is a playground and communal pools if they want to catch up with friends.
The clubhouse is just round the corner if I don't fancy cooking breakfast or getting in the car.
Finally, there's also 24hr Walmart just round the corner for late night shopping on the way home from a long day out.
The perfect location !

We are a fun loving family from the UK who love nothing more than making the most of the Florida sunshine.
We've been to lots of places but nowhere comes close to Florida in terms of pure family enjoyment and bonding time.
From the first time we visited when the children were really small and overwhelmed with excitement at the prospect of meeting their favourite characters every vacation has been a magical experience for us.
These days there is nothing better than a day of white knuckle rides followed by a chill out and dip in the pool in the evening with a pizza and glass of wine ....... unless of course we're having one of our lazy days in which case it's a book and sun lounger for me, splashing about like mad things for the kids and a round of golf for Hubby.
It truly is a fantastic place for all our family and friends, young and old to enjoy their time together.
