Welcome to the beautiful Ritz-Carlton Destination Club on St. Thomas! We are located on the eastern tip of the island on Great Bay. A very private, peaceful, pristine 30 acre hideaway. This unit offers beautiful views of St. John and the British Virgin Islands from all of the three private balconies. The secluded turquoise waters and white-sand beaches are merely steps away from your luxuriously appointed waterfront condominium. Enjoy all the private amenities and beaches exclusive to Ritz-Carlton guests and residents. You will experience only the best in service and hospitality that the Ritz-Carlton properties are famous for.
Amenities include a half-mile calm water private beach; three pools (1 adult only) and hot tubs; full service spa; fitness center, including yoga and aerobics classes; aquatic center/dive shop; tennis courts; water sports ; fine dining in a selection of beautiful waterfront restaurants; Ritz-Kids activities program; baby-sitting services; 24-hour Concierge. The on-site water sports center offers kyaks, windsurfing, sailboarding, hobiecats and more. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel is located adjacent to the club and its amenities are all available to Club guests as well. For the ultimate sailing experience, don't miss an excursion on The Lady Lynsey, Ritz-Carlton's own 53-foot catamaran, or get picked up at beachfront in your private boat to explore the other islands or a day of deep-sea fishing.
Your condominium is appointed with only the finest accommodations; from the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, to immaculately designed bedrooms and exquisite bathrooms, to the elegant living room that steps out to one of the three private balconies. Housekeeping service is provided twice-daily with turn down service nightly. There are TV's with DVD players in all bedrooms and a Bose surround sound system in the living room.
Guests can take advantage of the legendary Ritz service. Groceries can be ordered in advance if you'd like your refrigerator full when you arrive, and help with restaurant recommendations, activities or touring the other islands.

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: We have been coming to the island since 1996 and bought our property in 2005. We love it here and usually visit twice a year. Great for relaxing and enjoying yourself on island time! Plenty to do if you want to or just hang out by the pool or the beach with a book, food and beverage service at your call.
