  Cutting to the chase: If a clean, well-appointed space that is quiet in the evening and does NOT accept pets are absolute requirements- If you love the combination of walking the beach, biking and returning to air conditioning and the option of relaxing with the nightly news- If you love having the option of dining out (Traders was excellent!) or 'staying in' for light snacks or grilling- If a pool and hot tub aren't necessary but it's nice to know the option exists to enjoy such amenities- If you want a comfortable bed that doesn't leave you feeling like you simply had to accept something less- If you absolutely love having a washer-dryer available so that you can pack more lightly- If you feel even more delighted when everything described turns out to be as promised- You will love Glen's condo! We are accommodation snobs and we expect all of the above when we travel, though many times what is described doesn't exactly measure up to what was promised... I can say with complete honesty this was the only time in over 20 years of traveling all over the planet and securing accommodations from basic (bulb hanging from a wire, outdoor W.C. up to penthouse or private villa rentals that zinged the wallet) that we arrived to find exactly what we expected! Did I mention how important arriving to clean accommodations is to me and mine? Two private baths, 3 televisions, a fully appointed kitchen, enough linens and towels for even those who have no wish to utilize the washer-dryer and the screened outdoor space with a fabulous view of the ocean and grounds simply knocked our socks off... If you have children I cannot stress enough how convenient this location is to the sand or how effortless it will be to enjoy your vacation with the combined proximity of the beach and amenities of this condo. Our yearly mother-daughter vacation was absolutely perfect and this wouldn't have been so if not for this rental. We will return next year with 3 others from our family; the husband, fiancee and the little guy are going to love the biking, the beach and shelling and these perfect accommodations!

  This is my 13th visit to this property.. I have rented several units in different buildings and finally decided that this one was my favorite. I rented it for the first time this year, searching for a unit that the owners actually cared about and visited themselves occasionally. I found it! Although March, 2013 was unusually chilly and red tide had invaded the area and was just disappearing, it was a glorious month in more than comfortable ambiance. The equipment needed to enjoy cooking in, watching TV, and sleeping by the sea was all there! The parking spot is convienient to the condo and all was quiet at night. Security is ample and being alone was never a threat. I have already renewed for 2014 and have confidence that it will be just as enjoyable because an owner will keep it up to standards! Sanibel is a wonderful and beautiful island.......full of families and retirees as well. Great activities for all ages, But small enough to be a charming village.

  This condo was exactly as advertised. My number one request when renting a condo is that it is clean and this one was exactly that. It was the cleanest condo I have ever rented. The condo complex is very quiet and family friendly. We had a great time the owner was a pleasure to work with. He responded to questions very quickly and was very helpful with information about Sanibel.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  This was our first visit to Sanibel and we chose this complex based purely on web photos and description. After exploring the island, we are convinced that we could not have done better. The location and views (especially the sunsets) are perfect! The unit is immaculate and well-equipped with a new TV just in time for Superbowl. It was so pretty and comfortable that we spent much time on the grounds. We rented bikes for the week and rode most days; we enjoyed the preserve and shell museum. The only disappointment was that we found no unique shells on the beach and ended up at the shell factory.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

  This is indeed a lovely condo with a perfect location on the island and awesome view of the beach! It was very clean with quality furnishings and a fully screened veranda close enough to hear the ocean waves. The location is perfect too. You can enjoy both the sunrise and sunsets from the from the condo and beach. Rent bikes for the week at Finnemores Bikes at great rates and you can bike all around the island on the safe bike trails. And the islands best grocery store, Bailey's, is just minutes away. I've been a long time visitor to Sanibel and have to say this was one of the most enjoyable and memorable! Thank you Glen!
