This house is fully equipped. You have a great kitchen with everything you can think of. There are linens and towel ( beach towels). It is the perfect spot to fish from the dock. There is lots of fish here. It is a very short walk to the beach and there you have a few places to rent bikes from.
There is a bbq with a provided propane tank.
This house is done so you can just move in and enjoy your vacation.
There will also be spices, detergent, shampoo etc in the house. The house has 3 bedrooms with big closets, 2 newly renovated bathrooms.

Our trip was AWESOME!!! Great clean house, beautiful weather, within walking distance to anything you could possibly need or want. Kitchen was brand new and had everything, spices, cookware etc. It even had a good cookbook. The bedrooms var all good size with lots of closet space. Clean, easy to find everything. We were so busy outdoor that we didn’t have much time to watch cable TV or use the wireless Internet in the house. We all appreciated the charming patio with a barbeque and nice chandelier! Worked great! Love the easy walk to the beach and watching the sunset from the large dock. Thanks so much!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just got back from a week's stay and highly recommend this property. The photos do not do it justice. The house was comfortable and homey. It really felt like staying in someone's home rather than a cold hotel. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. We certainly hope to return. I got up this morning and sorely missed going out and having my coffee on the dock. The weather was perfect and the beach and Las Olas were wonderfully convenient.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
