We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 boys aged 7 and 10) for three nights in a very cold April. The cottage was great! Very warm and cosy, well-equipped and brilliantly arranged for children - bikes, go-karts, games room, farm animals... Everything they could possibly want. The only trouble we had was tearing our boys away so that we could go and visit some of the surrounding towns. Bruges is lovely and our visit was made easier by the time and care the owner took in giving us hints and tips. We also enjoyed Gent. The local cycle network is very comprehensive and we enjoyed some great off-road cycling along the canals from Damme to the Dutch border and back into Bruges and from Lovendegem into Gent. Additional information about rental rates
Our rental prices include all utilities, electricity, heating, hot and cold water, residential taxes, local calls, use of linens and towels. There are no additional charges, except the final cleaning fee (50 euro).
Once we have agreed on the cottage and reservation dates, we will mail you our booking form, a confirmation of rental amount and deposit instructions.
In order to secure your reservation, we require a deposit of € 50. Payment is requested by bank deposit or Paypal.
Final payment is made on arrival in cash.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
The cottage is available for weekly lets only from Sunday till Sunday in April, May, June, July, August, September and December. Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) outside peak season at 80 euro/night in October, November, January, February and March.
Last-minuut bookings possible for short breaks in season.
We accept last minuut bookings from two weeks before arrival.
Before paying contact the owner to confirm payment details.
Call the owner directly to confirm reservation details and pay with an approved method (credit card, check, or bank transfer), to protect your payment up to $1,000.

The Blue Grape farm Cottage is an old barn recently converted into a cottage and refurbished to the highest standards. The light, airy and cool sitting/dining room with French-doors to the terrace has comfortable casual seating for four people, and an eating area with a dining table that seats four. The fully equipped fitted kitchenette has sink, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is a bathroom with over-bath shower, basin and WC. There are two bedrooms one twin bedded room and one double. The twin bedroom has two single beds that are designed to fit together as a double. The cottage is rated by the Country Tourism Council as Highly Commended. We are proud of our 4 clover/4 star rating, assures you of consistent high standards. The cottage is gas centrally heated, the heater gives hot water as you need it. All the bedding and towels you need are provided.

Yet have plenty to occupy the youngsters, they'll love the relaxed atmosphere at a family farm near Bruges with its own adventure playground, hay loft, farmyard and stables. There is a shared separate games room with table tennis, mini-snooker, computer with broadband internet access... and plenty of space for all types of indoor activities. Around the farm house you will find chicken coop with rooster, hens and baby chicks as well as a fenced in area for the resident donkeys, playful goats, ducks, geese and horses grazing in the surrounding fields.
There is a half-embedded heated outdoor swimming pool, overlooking the resident donkeys in the surrounding fields.
The swimming pool is protected for toddlers with a lockable fence.
Enjoy the water with your children or a relaxing 'float' with your sweetie. Swim and play without care, the sides of the pool are soft and comfortable with no sharp edges. The dimensions and depth are ideal for the little ones. They will delight in playing, jumping and splashing around.
The 7.5m diameter pool is 1.20m deep.
The pool is open from May, 1st till October 1st (5 months out of the year).
