Exciting water sports and relaxation await in this comfortable two bedroom, two full bath condo with a gorgeous Western Caribbean view from the first floor patio. The ocean view deck is perfect for lounging after a fun day of diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing or sailing.
Condo #2 sleeps up to 5 people and has a well furnished, modern kitchen. The master suite includes a queen bed and a large wall closet; the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The open dining, kitchen and living area lends itself to large groups. There is a private, fresh water pool between the buildings. For your security and peace of mind, this condo also has a hotel safe for you personal belongings.
Oasis del Caribe is located on the north side of San Pedro Town, Ambergris Caye, Belize. Ambergris Caye is the tip of the Yucatan Peninsula. The Condo is less than a 15 minute walk to many dive shops, restaurants, boutiques, souvenir shops, grocery stores, a bakery and an open air market. We are located before the toll bridge for easy access to all activities and shopping.

This was our first trip to Belize and it was spectacular. We have stayed in condos, apartments, and luxury hotels all over the Caribbean, and I must say that this condo in Oasis del Caribe ranks among the best. It was very clean, well maintained and convenient to everything you would want to do. It has a great kitchen and two lovely bedrooms – you cannot be disappointed. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is it. Oasis del Caribe is in a perfect location for a relaxing vacation. The pace is slow and the people are very friendly. San Pedro is a short golf cart drive from the condos and we found ourselves going into town daily for breakfast at the bakery or eating at other places right on the ocean. The shops in town have wonderful choices of local artwork and jewelry and there are a variety of excellent restaurants to choose from. San Pedro is easily accessible to the condo by walking, bicycle, or golf cart. We rented a golf cart for the week and highly recommend that to anyone coming to the island because that is the mode of transportation for everyone. We went everywhere!! There are many great adventures available on this island!!! For activities, I would recommend snorkeling, fishing, and a trip to Caye Caulker, not to mention a “pub crawl” if you’re so inclined. The reef is incredible!! We swam in Hol Chan Marine Reserve, Shark-Sting Ray Alley and Mexico Rocks with sea turtles, spotted-eagle rays, grouper, nurse sharks……you name it. We didn't make it out to the Blue Hole, but heard that is also a great excursion. There are a lot of options to choose from and we did not have enough time to do them all in the week we were there. I could have stayed a month. We will be back to stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

About the owner: I am owner of unit #9 and have known the owner of unit #2 since I was a child in Illinois. I am acting rental manager for him. He is now a resident of Belize and lives in one of the other Oasis del Caribe units.

The owner has lived on Ambergris Caye for over 25 years and loves the location of Oasis del Caribe. It is close enough to all of the main San Pedro attractions yet resides in a quiet neighborhood.
