Welcome to Colony By The Sea, a small, quiet, beachfront community located on the Crystal Coast (Southern Outer Banks). Leave your shoes at home, all you need are flip flops and a bathing suit!
We have everything you could need for your vacation at the beach. We enjoy staying here with our family, so we have tried to leave all that you may need to relax, have fun and enjoy your stay at our condo.
This is a beautifully decorated, bright and cheery, oceanview, beachside condominium. Walk out the front door and you are just steps to the uncrowded, beautiful beach, relaxing pool and hot tub. Open the sliding glass doors and enjoy a quiet moment on the large, private deck with a view of the ocean. Listen to the waves and feel the ocean breeze as you unwind after a long day on the beach.
Bring your tennis racket and play a friendly match on the private courts. Take the elevator down to the charcoal grills and covered picnic area for a quick dinner. Better yet, take a blanket down and eat dinner on the beach. (Pizza delivery available!)
If you enjoy shopping, take a drive into nearby Morehead City, Swansboro or Beaufort. You will find antiques, clothing shops, as well as local arts and crafts. An abundance of restaurants to choose from, will meet your needs, including both casual and fine dining. There are also many local restaurants, including "take-out", within a 5 minute ride. Children will enjoy the Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium (book special activities early), miniature golf and go-carts nearby.

The condo was very nice and clean. It was exactly like the pictures! I especially enjoyed using the beach umbrella and chairs since I didn't take any. I was real impressed with the covered parking, the cars stay cool all the time and out of the sun. Pool area was beautiful. The surroundings made the condo pretty and private. The beach area was not crowded and was so beautiful. We had been recommended by a friend to eat at the Crab Shack, which was a few miles away. We also went to Ruckerjohns, one of my favorite places. I had a wonderful trip and Diane was great to work with since I had last minute reservation. I hope to return sometime in the future. I love your beach condo! Would definitely recommend.

My family and I stayed for a week at this condo. The complex is family friendly and very quite. The beach was uncrowded and clean. The condo itself was decorated beautifully and updated. The ocean view from the balcony is limited but you are able to see some of the ocean. Everything you need is there except for your linens and food. My family and I had a great time and would rent this condo again!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Nice condo. Perfect for our family of 4. Bedrooms off a small hallway, so Mom & Dad could stay up & watch movies without interfering with the children sleeping. Would stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed using your condo this week. I had spent many spring vacations in Salter Path, but this was my first trip back in 22 years. Bringing my family here made for a great vacation. The condo made for a VERY RELAXING time. The pool and proximity to the beach was great!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was everything your VRBO ad said it would be and more. I LOVED its' location. I loved all the counter space in the kitchen, the fact that there were two bathrooms, how comfortable the livingroom was, your collection of DVDs and books...everything about it. I also loved the grilling set up.

Thanks for sharing your wonderful, little beach home with us. The whimsical decorations really put us in a "beach" frame of mind and we really appreciated the books, magazines, DVDs and Wi-fi connection. There's not much you haven't thought of and that made the trip all the more special!
