Dolphin Way is a quiet, gated community of 75 units on Little Hickory Island. We boast a 400' beachfront property, beachfront heated pool, sun deck, outdoor showers, restrooms, & a drinking fountain...on perfectly manicured grounds. All units are raised up one level to accommodate covered parking, & your own reserved parking spot! Attention to detail, & peaceful beach best describe this lovely island escape.
This well designed 640 sq ft one bedroom cheerful and bright unit has been fully remodeled, and upgraded with an opened up, enlarged kitchen. Please notice the difference in the lay out and size of our kitchen!!
The bathroom has been completely re done, with a spacious walk in tiled shower. There is plenty of storage throughout, all closets are available for your use. We offer all that you would need to come for a winter getaway, or extended vacation. You will find a nice selection of DVDs, CDs, books for a last minute relaxing activity.
There is everything you would expect for communications--WIFI included, landline with cordless handsets, including long distance phone service. We boast a brand new 47' HD LED TV in the living room, and a second 22' LCD TV/DVD in the bedroom!!

Our unit offers an amazing view of the beach, with waves rolling in, and even sunset right from your own private seat on the large screened in lanai!
A coin operated washer and dryer are located on each floor, and only steps from your door.
Dolphin Way is located 30 min from Ft Myers Airport, multiple shopping venues, plenty of dining choices. Tennis courts available for complimentary use. There is the Barefoot Beach State Park and Lovers Key State Park only 10 mins away! Best of all, your private beach and pool awaits you, only steps away from your condo!
This is a smoke-free unit. We cannot accept smokers. No smoking is permitted in the condo, on the lanai, or on the walkways.
Sorry, DW does not permit pets. We apologize, we cannot accomodate wheelcairs, walkers, or O2 tanks.

My husband and I were able to vacation here in April. We will definitely choose to vacation at Dolphin Way again. It is a beautiful complex, small & quiet. If you enjoy combing the beach for seashells, this beach is one of the best in Southwest Florida for shelling! One night everyone was out finding sand dollars. Truly amazing. It's great to wake up each morning & have your coffee out on the lanai looking at the azure blue ocean & white sand beach. We couldn't get enough of the view. There is a great "beach deck" where we spent time each day getting sun & then back again each evening for the beautiful sunset. Carol is so helpful and wants to make sure that you feel at home & have everything you need during your stay. The location is perfect too. So close to Naples & all it has to offer. We really like the flea market in Bonita Springs, Coconut Point for dining & shopping & the Miromar Outlet in Estero. Fresh Market, which Carol suggested, is nearby & is a great grocery store for when you want to eat in. Ft Myers airport is close & convenient! Choose Chris & Carol, choose Dophin Way...you won't be disappointed!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

My wife and I recently stayed at this charming condo. The view might well be the finest in the area, being right on the Gulf and featuring beautiful sunset vistas. Completely renovated unit with lots of the "little" extras such as: laundry facility just steps from the door; dimming switches on lighting; fantastic shower; cooling ceiling fans; great lanai; immaculate grounds; large pool; wonderful beach walking; close to Coconut Point Mall; other great spots! Owners are always available by phone to answer questions.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

We had a wonderful stay in February 2013. The unit was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and functional. The beach is only steps from the door. We checked out several other beaches and we liked this one the best, never too crowded. The red tide was an issue several days (coughing and itchy eyes). This was our very first extended rental and Carol made this a great experience. She was very accessible either by phone or E-mail through all our stay and checked in with us several times during our stay to see how we were doing. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. We did not use the pool often, but it was at a great temperature and seldom crowded. The laundry was right outside our door and seldom busy (bring lots of quarters). There were only two of us so the size of this unit worked well, but might be tight for four. There are a Walmart and Publix nearby for most basics, but for a great selection of meat, fish, veggies, fruit and bakery try The Fresh Market. Our favorite restaurant in Naples was Cafe Lurcat (pricey but worth it). We also liked Carrabba's Italian Grill and the Silverspot Cinema. We could not have had a more relaxing stay.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.
