This new home has everything you look for in your ultimate vacation property. Interior furnishings include a fully applianced and extremely well equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The great room has cathedral ceilings, an entertainment system including 57 inch High Definition TV and surround sound, gas fireplace, indian slate floors, wet bar and plenty of plush reclining seats. There is also free WIFI available.
Each bedroom has a 27 inch TV with a DVD/VCR. There is also a game room with an air hockey table, shuffle board table, foosball and a dartboard. The eight person spa on the back patio is a great place to relax after a busy day of activities. There is also a grill and patio furniture for barbecues in the back yard. For year round comfort this house has radiant heat for the winter and is air conditioned during the summer.
This home is located only six minutes from Cranmore Mountain and the center of North Conway. Attitash, Black Mountain, Wildcat and King Pine are also close by.

The contract said to do a general inspection upon arrival - we discovered that the main a/c unit was broken. We called the owners who told us that someone was coming to repair it, but nobody ever came.The 4 bedrooms were good-sized, but 2 did not have a/c. Fixtures in 2 of the bathrooms were missing/broken, so we had no place to hang towels or oilet paper. The cover to the hot tub was worn and ripping. The air hockey paddles were broken. Finally, we were infested by tiny little ants that were all over the kitchen. I called about the ants and never got a call back!!! We realize that keeping the place clean is important, but continually scrubbing counters and watching for crumbs with 5 children 6 & under was not something we want to do on vacation. We will not be staying here again. Overall, the house is very nice and has good potential -- the beds and sheets were terrific.The location was great but the owners need to maintain it better and follow up with concerns.

We had a great family visit at this property! Everything was "as advertised". Property is in an excellent location off very convenient "West Side Road" which is a convenient traffic by-pass for the area. Located on a quite neighborhood street, close to Attitash and Cranmore ski mountains, and downtown North Conway attractions and shopping. Property was extremely clean and well furnished. Kitchens were stocked with far better pots, pans, and other kitchen gadgets than other places we have rented in the area. All snow had been appropriately removed to allow clear access to driveway, front walkway for house access, and rear hot-tub access. When it snowed, snow was removed without having to request. Overall an excellent rental experience!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
