Snorkeling in front of our Oceanfront fifth floor Condo on Cozumel, is Fabulous, Day or Night! Located on the water, You can sip wine, watch the Sunset, while you sit in the Pool or enjoy yourself in the Jacuzzi in our apartment.
We are just north of town and have great views, including the Harbor and the Jungle. The water is very Clear, the Bluest and Greenest you have seen. At night, you can see the lights on the horizon from Playa del Carmen, while you have dinner on a Great Onyx Table. We have a 8-10 foot drop for Swimming and Snorkeling, Day or Night. You just have to try at night, it is very cool. We drift up the coast to the Corel Princess Hotel, about 900 feet, get out at their ladder ,shower, and have drinks or something to eat, enjoy their pool, then walk back to the apartment.
The complex has 12 units, so it's very private and away from all the Boat tourist. Our apartment has three bedrooms. King-size bed in the Huge Master Bedroom, jacuzzi, Bay Windows, walk-in closet and Bath. Two full-size in the Jungle Room, and two single in the Ocean Room. A sofa bed and second Bathroom are also featured. Accommodation for six is very comfortable and can be used by eight. The two tile showers can be used by two people together, if you wish. The Living Room with three couches, Dining for eight people, and full Kitchen.
Our management people can get you a Cook and will help with any Information you need. Bottled Water is always provided and Maid Service 3 times a week,(not on Sunday). We have 60-80 movies and a Stereo Tape and CD player, TV/VCR. Bring your own Tapes and CDs also. Please bring your own Beach Towels, thanks. The Pool is tiled and has two benches in the shallow part, where you can sit and read all day and then switch and watch the sunset.
We have many repeat guests, and if You come and stay once, you will want to come back again. Please call Aram or Sheila and we will answer any questions that you may have, and Aram may make you a Deal on Rates.
