We stayed with our kids 3 nights at the apartment. The manager Alexandra was very cordial and helpful and answered any questions we had and also gave us recommendations. The apartment is well kept and clean and has a very warm and homey atmosphere. The location is wonderful. We walked everyday to the beach, the promenades and the port. Restaurants, cafes and shops are all walking distance away so all in all we feel we had a perfect Tel Aviv experience. We warmly recommend the apartment.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We spent over 2 months in this apartment and felt like it was home. It was fully furnished and had many extras. It probably needs are few more storage containers for food (for leftovers) and a coffee maker (a north American necessity:) but other than that, the kitchen is fully equipped and life was made easier with the cupboard already full of spices. The couch turns into a bed, so a family with a couple of kids or 3 adults sleep very easy in there. Lots of blankets and linens to go around, lots of cupboard space. There is no parking, but there is a parking lot that is a few blocks away - very easy to access and not a bad price for overnight - we couldn't quite figure out the actual prices because one time we paid 4shekels for the night and another time we paid 40shekel! Go figure! But usually it was around 24shekels for the night. A good price and secure, we never had any problems. It is within walking distance of everything you will need - grocery, coffee shops, banks, post office, bus stops, etc. Although there were other tenants in the building, we hardly ever saw them and when we did, they were very friendly. The STAR of this apartment though is the owner and manager - very easy to deal with, accommodating and friendly. Very easy to contact and find out information and Alexandria was very willing to help out - especially helpful for those that come to Israel/Tel-Aviv for the first time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.
