Long-term visitors are welcome. Monthly rent varies from $1700 per month to $2100 per month depending on the season.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
There are no taxes. Rental rate includes all utilities. We do ask that consideration is given with the use of the air conditioners that they be turned off when not in use our guests are out of the condo. This helps us to conserve energy and manage electric bills.
