About the owner: I am a retired commercial banker and real estate developer. We have always lived in San Diego and we have enjoyed the Mt. Laguna area for 50 years.
Why the Owner Chose Mount Laguna: We are unable to use our home in Mt. Laguna as much as we want, or used to, but we would like others to be able to enjoy clear mountain air and the seclusion of Mt. Laguna Pointe.
The Unique Benefits at this House: Mt. Laguna Pointe is blessed to include many mature pine, oak and cedar trees along with manzenita and other natural habitat. In addition, the home is at the end of a wooded mountain ridge affording an unobstructed view for many miles. The pond on the property is an enjoyment throughout the year, especially in Spring and Summer.
