A California King in the owners retreat, and a queen size in the lower area room over looking the infinity Pool and the Mountains. The third bed room has a double bunk bed and three single beds sleeping a total of 5 perfect for young kids and or young adults. Modern Kitchen with Granite vanity's, both baths are walk ins with glass doors and vessel bowls at the vanity's. Several sitting areas outside, and a beautiful large deck with 6 lounge chairs around the pool area and an outside table that sits 4. The upstairs dinning table is round and sits 6 with a bar area that sits an additional 3 people. There is a blow up twin Bed in the laundry/washer dryer room in case needed. Iron, Ironing board, gas grill, flashlights and an abundance of towels both for pool and the beach. Pura Vida! (pure Life) is what you will experience here!

About the owner: I have been in Real Estate most my life and and finished the home in 2011, I actually bought the land after 6 years of traveling through Costa Rica to find the right spot when my friends and my family were taking to the community and looked at several lots,after buying the land 4 years earlier. We all pulled up to lot 25 and the looks on our face and being able to hear the waterfall and the views. Sport fishing heaven, the town of Quepos is one of the best places on the Pacific Coast, you barely leave the marina and you ready to wet a hook for the big bill fish etc.
