Although the snow conditions were spotty on the slopes, we really enjoyed our getaway and coming home to a beautiful condo with all the touches of home. It was nice to have a heated garage and the hot tub overlooking the lake. The condo is cozy and the kitchen had more cookware and items than you normally see in a vacation condo. I have allergies and really appreciate that the owner has the condo set up with allergy free bedding and doesn't allow pets. We do plan to come back next ski seasonRecommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

My wife and I stayed in this condo for a ski trip. The place is spectacular, the photos don't do it justice. Everything from the comfort of the bed to the jetted tub inside the condo, having a garage when it snows to the outdoor hot tubs overlooking the lake. We will be back for another ski trip!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

It's a beautiful unit. It's like new on the inside with nice touches from the owner. We liked the leather couches and the bed was firm. It was nice to walk just a few blocks to enjoy a nice restaurant and not have to worry about drinking and driving. We liked having a the bike rake in the garage for our bikes so we could lock them up at night and not have them in our SUV or chained up. We'll come back to escape the heat next summer, hopefully for another 2 week stay!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

My husband and I loved coming back after a day of skiing and enjoying the hot tubs overlooking the lake. The bed is wonderful as was the rest of the condo. Great decorator touches. We are coming back at some point!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

The nicest ski condo we have ever stayed in. Beautiful finishes, quiet building. It was nice to have a garage for the car and not have to clean off snow. The condo is a romantic getaway for us...perfect for an anniversary with the jetted tub and luxury furniture. We have already booked again for this ski season.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Why the Owner Chose Timberline Cove:
Premier property for enjoyment and investment. I purchased when it was just a 'blueprint' and had custom work done like adding an extra bath, extra cabinetry. This is Frisco's signature community with the condos valued in the $380,000 to $800,000 range and an upscale clientele. Well built, quiet with the touches you would find in a Hyatt/Westin type property. Perfect for the discriminating traveler that has experienced and wants more than the noise and lower quality level in many of the units built before 2000 that are in Frisco and Summit County.
I looked at purchasing in other areas and realized that Frisco was the best place with top restaurants that are easy to get into at night and lower cost than the resorts, convenience of the Walmart, Safeway and Skier Shuttle (when it's snowing and I don't want to drive) and 5 minutes from the Rec center when I want to go life weights. I also like the fact that our HOA management is practically across the street. Nice if someone locks themselves out. The condo has been in mostly short term vacation rental since 2007 and has had many repeat guests.
