This is a 'NEWER' PREMIUM level unit in a 'Signature Community' of $400k-$800k condos built in 2007, not to be compared to a remodel in an old building (with their noise issues, lack of appliances in unit, etc). We do not compete with old condo complexes or hotel rooms.

Nice restaurants with less wait to be seated (compared with the resort), fast food, fine dining, Whole Foods, Safeway and Walmart walking distance. Free Skier Shuttle 1/2 block away.
