This new beautiful Neahkahnie beach home is perfect for a family getaway or a few couples just wanting to get out of the city. Located just 4 blocks to the beach and just outside of Manzanita, this home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The two large living areas have plenty of seating and make for a great place to watch TV or read a good book. The rooms are separated by a double sided wood burning fireplace that is great for those cold winter nights or chilly summer nights. The spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of room for entertaining with a bar/island that provides more seating. There is a small breakfast table in the kitchen and a larger family table out in the dining room.
The bedrooms are all spacious and have televisions, seating, luggage racks, end tables, lamps and dressers. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom has a double bed and the master bedroom has a queen and two twin beds. The master bathroom is as big as one of the bedrooms and has a big corner soaking tub that is perfect to soak in after a day out on the beach. The large hall bath has a combination tub and shower. Both bathrooms have double vanities.
The laundry/mud room has all the essentials with a powder bath, front loader washer and dryers as well as a laundry sink. Just off the kitchen and laundry room, is an office area with a built in desk and Wifi for those of you that need to work or want internet while on vacation. The house also comes with plenty of games, books and more. All though there is no ocean view from the house, just steps out the front door and you can see the beautiful blue ocean water.
