Newly decorated, this 1000 square foot villa overlooks a beautiful wild marsh, and in the distance, The Bohicket River. As the crow flies, we are a quarter of a mile from the ocean and enjoy beautiful sunsets and dolphins in Horseshoe Creek which runs past our villa.
Ground level is a single garage. First level of Villa has entrance foyer, bedroom with queen-size bed, full bath, and a screened porch overlooking the marsh and back exit. A half level higher is a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with vaulted ceiling and large table to accommodate six.
The top level has a full bath, living room with single sleep sofa. Off the living room, also with vaulted ceiling, is the sunroom which sleeps two on a double futon. A bistro table for two overlooks the marsh for those quiet moments. A small open outside porch adjoins the sunroom. A dock, which extends out into Horseshoe Creek, is a short walk from our back porch.
