This beautiful furnished Condo was recently redecorated and in excellent condition. Fresh paint, fixtures and new flat screen HD television. It is located on the fifth floor and has an island view. Still the building sits at an angle, so you can see the beach and Gulf from the balcony. All you need is included such as; all linens, beach towels and chairs, new full kitchen supplies including glassware and cookware. The condo is ready to enjoy.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wall unit with two closets and 9 drawers, and a color cable TV. There is balcony access thru both the living room and bedroom. The living room is equipped with couch and easy chair, entertainment center with TV/DVD, & ceiling fan. Air bed is located in the linen closet for additional guests. The condo has a full kitchen with all kitchen supplies and linens. The balcony has a table/chair set .
Laundry facilities are located on each floor, you will have your own covered parking space, and the condo is centrally air conditioned.
The building is located on the beautiful white sands beach of Marco Island. The pool was recently updated and the grounds of Tradewinds are in pristine condition.
Our condo association rules limit rentals to 30 days or more minimum time. We cannot rent for less than 30 days.
