The master bedroom has a queen size bed and two dressers, flat screen cable tv and a large closet. The guest bedroom has a double bed, a dresser and cable tv. My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at this charming 2-bedroom condo. It had a great kitchen, cozy living room and very comfortable bedroom. It was well maintained and the second bedroom would work well for another couple or family member. The grounds were lovely and the proximity to the Plaza enabled us to really enjoy all that Santa Fe has to offer. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: Steve and Ronni are psychotherapists. We both were born in New England, but we met in Southern California, where we lived until we moved to Santa Fe in 2011. We are now 'locals' and as such have tons of recommendations for activities, local attractions, and eating spots for guests who are not as familiar with Santa Fe as we are.
Why the Owner Chose Fort Marcy:
Once we first visited Santa Fe in 1987, we realized that we wanted a furnished place close to town that we could visit 4-5 times a year. Clean air, limited traffic, beautiful mountain views, accessibility to art galleries, museums, creative and fine dining as well as active pursuits convinced us that this location was perfect.

What could be more perfect than a lovely furnished condo close to town that we could visit frequently, share with our friends, and also share with guests when we were back in SoCal working. For many years we participated in a short term rental program managed on site, and now that we live in Santa Fe, we prefer to manage rentals ourselves, because it gives us an opportunity to meet and greet our guests.
