A walk down Canyon Road will provide a good representative sampling, and the railyard district gives a very different perspective and flavor.

And one to two hours away are casinos, wineries, national monuments and historic towns such as Chimayo and Taos.

About the owner: Steve and Ronni are psychotherapists. We both were born in New England, but we met in Southern California, where we lived until we moved to Santa Fe in 2011. We are now 'locals' and as such have tons of recommendations for activities, local attractions, and eating spots for guests who are not as familiar with Santa Fe as we are.
Why the Owner Chose Fort Marcy: Once we first visited Santa Fe in 1987, we realized that we wanted a furnished place close to town that we could visit 4-5 times a year. Clean air, limited traffic, beautiful mountain views, accessibility to art galleries, museums, creative and fine dining as well as active pursuits convinced us that this location was perfect.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: What could be more perfect than a lovely furnished condo close to town that we could visit frequently, share with our friends, and also share with guests when we were back in SoCal working. For many years we participated in a short term rental program managed on site, and now that we live in Santa Fe, we prefer to manage rentals ourselves, because it gives us an opportunity to meet and greet our guests.
