Adorable, CLEAN, two-bedroom, one-bath, second floor condominium in quiet, residential neighborhood in desirable Wildwood Crest, New Jersey.

Large master bedroom has new queen-size mattress; second bedroom has two new twin-size mattresses and the Living Room has a pull-out sofa that can accommodate two additional guests.

This is a very clean, comfortable condominium in a relaxing, bayside neighborhood at unheard-of rock bottom prices. People ask us all of the time "...why are your prices so inexpensive?'' The reason is simple... We'd rather have the property booked than for it to sit vacant. People know a good value when they see one which is why most of our tenants are repeat customers. Don't be left out. Book your vacation today and I'm sure you'll be a repeat tenant!


Also, weekly rentals run Sunday to Sunday (NOT Saturday to Saturday) so you'll avoid Saturday's typical heavy traffic that can easily ruin the first (and last) day of your vacation.

$100.00 Deposit and $250.00 Security Deposit Required to Guarantee (Reserve) your requested dates. Due to high demand, please call in advance of requesting Pay-Pal Invoice. Security Deposit will be refunded within two weeks after rental (assuming all is OK!)

We feel like we are actually on a vacation when we stay here. The condo is clean, large, quiet, and has a great location. No problems! The condo is large, has all the comforts of home, clean, modern and situated in a nice area within walking distance of the grocery store, drug store, bakeries and restaurants.   • We were on vacation in Wildwood for the week of July 13th to 20th. We were very happy with the condo. It was very clean and big enough for or family of five. We were not squeezed up . We had plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood is quiet and the other tenants very helpful for tips. We are very pleased with or stay and Kim and Mike made us feel at home. Thank you very much. A comment for your future french visitors... Cet endroit est tout à fait merveilleux. C'est propre et grand et le quartier est très tranquille. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous font sentir comme chez nous dès notre arrivée.   • My boyfriend and I stayed for a week last August and it was an amazing time. Unit E was great, plenty of room, nice and clean and in great condition, and the washer and dryer were a nice touch. Mike and Kim are so nice, and very accomodating. We had a blast spending days on the beach, hitting up the boardwalk at night, took a quick drive to Cape May, and even went jet skiing on the bay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun yet relaxing vacation. I'd be heading back there myself this summer if I had the vacation time!

  • WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. VERY CLEAN AND QUIET. KID FRIENDLY. NO DIFFICULTY FINDING STREET PARKING FOR OUR EXTRA CAR. MIKE AND KIM WERE OUTSTANDING HOSTS AVAILABLE AND WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE AREA. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE DISCOVERED WE HAD A FLAT TIRE ON CHECK OUT DAY. ONE OF THE BEST WEEKS WE'VE HAD AT THE SHORE.
