Near-Beach Villa, Greens unit 205 is just a short walk to the beach and the Shipyard Beach Club, the beach path is situated right outside the door. Across the street is the world famous Van Der Meer Tennis Resort and the Sonesta Resort. Our condo is also close to world-class golf courses and The Greens resort-style swimming pool. Great location!!
Recent upgrades include a new kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, new cabinets and new appliances. For your relaxation, the living room has been outfitted with a new 43 inch flat-screen TV and the master bedroom a 32 inch flat-screen. For your comfort, a new HVAC system was installed just last year.
The living room, dining room, breakfast nook and kitchen are open which affords unobstructed views making this unit even more airy, light and friendly. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king size bed, two closets and a new 32 inch flat screen TV. The second bedroom is equipped with two full beds, an improvement in comfort or sleeping capacity over the customary twin beds. A full bath is located upstairs and a half bath downstairs.
This villa is a townhouse with no neighbors above or below you. The condo is also equipped with a key less entry to remove the worry of losing keys. For added security, each tenant is assigned a unique code at check-in and the former tenant's code is deactivated upon check-out.
Shipyard Plantation is a gated community that offers miles of leisure and bike trails, 27 holes of championship golf (green fees not included), 24 hour security, fishing lagoons and much more. The Greens Villa are one of the Shipyard Plantation's most desired properties for family vacations.
Coligny Plaza, Harbourtown and South Beach Marina are just minutes away. Many quality restaurants are also just minutes away. The Sonesta Hotel located across the street has many amenities such as restaurants, bars, coffee shop and a health club that offers daily and weekly memberships.
We just bought this fabulous condo in November, 2012 and it is new to the rental market.

Great vacation spot for my family! We loved having the bike trails right outside our door.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, tourists without a car.

We enjoyed our stay in the Greens complex! The location was perfect. We walked to the beach many times during the day. We also enjoyed walking and riding around the Shipyard Plantation. The rental property was perfect for us! We were a bit surprised that the upstairs bathroom was in the master bedroom. Since we were with our kids it was not a problem. If we were with another couple it might have been weird. The sliding glass door to the patio was off track when we arrived. I would rent this property again for sure!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway.

I will have the sliding glass door checked out by my property manager, thanks for letting me know about it. We just bought the unit at the end of November, 2012. This is our only vacation home and will continue making improvements every Spring and Fall. This Spring we are installing a new washer and dryer, replacing the dining room and kitchen tables and a few more upgrades. I am looking forward to renting to you and your family again in the future. After vacationing and renting on Hilton head island for over 20 years, we knew the best the island had to offer. When we found that The Greens #205 was for sale, we had to buy it. It so close to the beach, privacy of a town home and the greens pool is one of the best on the island.
