LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
This beautifully decorated (by yours truly) 1,800 square foot beach home is located right in the heart of Melbourne Beach. You'll never have to get in your car unless you want to.
Our home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. No heavy crowds here, just locals. We're so close to everything, only 15 miles south to Sebastian Inlet and 19 miles north to Port Canaveral where you can hop onto a cruise ship! And Disney World is an hour away!

The historical Melbourne Beach pier, the beautiful beach, supermarkets, shops, parks, tennis courts etc, are all within walking distance. Make your favorite beverage and walk to the pier for one of the most beautiful sunsets you will see anywhere! Or take a walk to the beach, just a little over a block away. We have our very own beach access! Total convenience!

This spacious home is elegantly decorated with a tropical flare. Being one level with an open floor plan and no stairs this home is very comfortable. The master bedroom suite has a private bath, and TV. The second bedroom (with TV) has beautiful French doors leading out to a private porch with ceiling fan.

The third bedroom (our Bamboo Room) leads out to a tropical sunroom with TV, sitting area, table and chairs for playing cards or having breakfast/lunch while watching wildlife through the large windows. The sunroom leads out to a private back yard which is shaded by a huge oak tree, palms, and orange trees! All bedrooms have queen-beds. There are also two air mattresses.

The kitchen is large, with its own quaint sitting area & TV. The large dining room table sits six. There are many sitting areas throughout. The den has an entertainment center that houses a TV, VCR/DVD Player and stereo. The living room has a large brick fireplace (for those cool winter evenings) and TV.

We're looking for good people to rent our home who will appreciate it and take care of it as we do. This is not your typical beach rental. It's romantic and special for special people. Smoking is not allowed inside.

Our home is pet friendly with restrictions:
(1) Must be treated with regular flee medications from your vet.
(2) NO puppies.
(3) Must be house broken.
(4) A $150 non-refundable pet deposit is required.
