One of the most stunning homes and locations in Maui. The beachfront home is 'U' shaped, with a spacious lanai area which includes a pool and spa, and which overlooks the beach, ocean, and the island of Lanai. Located on a private palm tree lined road with gated entry, this home sits on a secluded, sandy beach that giant sea turtles sleep on almost every night.
The home features 5 bedrooms; each bedroom has an en suite bath and a lanai. The upstairs master bedroom has a king sized bed, writing nook, and private deck; the attached bathroom has a large soaking tub and separate shower. The main floor master bedroom has a king sized bed and the attached bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The lower floor bedroom has a king sized bed and a sauna. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the main floor and have queen sized beds. Each bedroom also has a flat screen tv.
The home has a large, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and an adjacent family room. There is a separate dining area which seats 10 and large living room with wet bar and marble tiled, gas fireplace. Additionally, the home has a laundry room and a second washer and dryer in the double car garage. The home has wireless internet, cable tv, and gas barbeque.
Enjoy some of the best snorkeling and surfing on Maui right in front of the house while your friends watch from the spa or pool. Also enjoy watching sunsets while the large green sea turtles crawl onto the sandy beach directly in front of the house to rest for the night.
We also own a 1/2 acre grassy field with a tennis court on the directly across the private lane from this property that guests have access to.
Limited to one rental group at a time per short term dwelling, and a maximum occupancy of 10 adults.
1. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area;
2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited;
3. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street;
4. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur; and
5. Note: the shoreline area is the property of the people of Hawai`i, and is open for the free use by everyone.

50% down payment; balance due 60 days prior to arrival. All reservations require down payment to be received by us within 7 days of hold date. Holiday/New Year's reservation requires 50% down payment and balance 160 days in advance.

Why the Owner Chose Napili: We had previously purchased a home on the same street and had always considered this house to be our favorite house on Maui. When we heard it was for sale, we purchased it.
