This lovely home is a single story condominium located in the well maintained Versailles Condominium complex found in the the highly desired, South Palm Springs. Upon entering the home, you are greeted with bright, warm and sunny rooms, a vaulted wood ceiling, an attractive, internationally modern decor, and an appealing architectural style of its own.

The home offers a choice of 4 pools with your primary pool being accessed via the master bedroom patio allowing for easy outside eating and possibly evening cocktails, music, swimming or just a quick dip before turning in at night
The home is walking distance to convenience stores, grocery stores, banking centers, postal services, restaurants and live entertainment. That does not include traveling only 2 miles (2 minute drive, 20 minute walk) to get to the heart of downtown Palm Springs where there are many more restaurants, dancing, casinos, museums, events and a bustling city center.
Public bus transportation is available only a few hundred feet away on route 111 being the Coachella Valley's primary access road and having stops in all of the Valley's cities.
Health is important and this home offers quick access to continuous walking paths, cycling paths, and hiking trails that weave you through many diverse neighborhoods and provides an up close and personal view of the diverse architecture and people of Palm Springs.
Parking is plentiful for both renters and guests and, if necessary, smoking is allowed outside on any of the 5 patios

This is the first time this home has been offered for rent and our ad may need enhancement to properly convey the comfort and appeal of the home. We originally purchased this home due to its proximity to downtown Palm Springs while still being just far away to avoid the impact of the many visitors and tourist. We are willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay a five star experience and have that achievement reflected in our rating.

1. Cleaning fee: $ 100 per minimum stay period.
2. Rental hold fee (non-refundable fee at 10% of the rental rate) is due upon signing of Rental Contract. This amount will be deducted from total rental cost upon final payment.
3. Guests have the option of purchasing a non-refundable $49.00 insurance policy OR pre-paying a 10% security deposit that will be deducted from the total rental costs.

About the owner: This was our primary home until November of 2012. Life in Palm Springs is intoxicating but now we're back on the East coast to care for family. In the mean time, we want others to enjoy life in Palm Springs as well.
