Two people can play golf & use all the club facilities for the length of your stay by simply transferring over our golf membersip ($200) A twenty dollar greens fee apply for Nov through Apr. All other months have no fees. So your only on course costs are carts at $18.00 a cart. You will enjoy the challenge of our championship course designed by Jed Azinger & Gordon Lewis.
The kids should love the 4 heated pools (ours is 100 yards from the front door), the fitness center, the golf practice range (over water), the putting green, the 4 lighted tennis courts, the jacuzzi hot tub, the bike & walking trails (we have 2 bikes)or take advantage of the view, livations or gourmet food at our beautiful Club House.
If this isn't enough, maybe a trip to Sarasota (20 minutes) for food/beverage/culture/fishing/boating, or Siesta Key's world class beaches (15 minutes), or St Amand's Key for some upscale shopping (25 minutes), or Disney World (1:45 minutes), will keep you and the kids active & refreshed.
Rent our beautiful 2+ bedroom 2 bath condo (circa 2000) at Heritage Oaks. Condo has all new furniture. There is a new washer & dryer and all new kitchen equipment.
This lovely condo is a ground floor corner unit, (no stairs)so it is larger than most units & more convenient for coming & going. Plus large formal dining area & separate den. It has 9 foot ceilings, fans in every room and a fabulous king size master suite. Spacious & well decorated best describes this condo.
The Heritage Oaks community is beautifully maintained with sidewalks that meander by several lakes, lovely foliage, and landscaping. We have an enclosed garage (15 feet from the front door). Beach, pool, and biking equipment is in the garage.
