The sitting area overlooks the entire living room below and looks out the large wall of windows to a breath taking view of the lake. The second master suite downstairs features a king size bed, french doors opening to the spacious master bathroom & closet. The 3 bedroom is downstairs and features a queen size bed and small tv. Additional information about rental rates
No cleaning fees. All of our units are non smoking and in the event smoking within the unit is confirmed there is a minimum of $300 charge to deodorize the unit.
50% of total amount due at the time of reservations booking. Remaining balance due upon arrival. 30 day or more notice cancellation will refund premiums paid less a $25 booking fee. 15-30 notice will refund 1/2 the total rent and tax due. Less than 15 days notice of cancellation the entire balance will be charged and forfeited.

Subject to taxes and insurance. We do not authorize for security deposit. All renters are required to purchase damage insurance policy.
