This 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo offers beachfront living at an unbelievable price. All furnishings are brand new (as of Jan 2013) which makes this condo even more desirable.
This is a true beachfront condo as you can see from the deck pictures (Be aware of those advertising beachfront and they are only a beach view or not even a beach view at all). Very close to the Gulf (about as close as you can get), so the sounds of the surf are amazing.
Located on the 8th floor of the Inverness, this PRIVATELY OWNED condo offers some of the best views on the entire island. Awesome beach/Gulf views from the east and amazing Island/Bay views from the west.
NO SPRING BREAKERS: A rental contract is required. If you are found to be in violation of the rental contract, you will be asked to leave with no refunds given.
Living room: New queen size sleeper sofa, new loveseat, two new end tables and coffee table. New 42' wall mounted TV and new DVD player.
Dining room: New dining room table with 6 chairs. New bar height chairs.
Kitchen: New Refrigerator and dishwasher in 2014. Stove and microhood. New pots, pans, tableware, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Kitchen is very well equipped with most everything you will need. Tiled counter tops and raised height snack bar extensions. New ceiling and can lights in 2013.
Bedrooms: Both bedrooms feature brand new furniture including queen size beds with new Sealy Posturepedic mattresses (firm), new end tables, new dresser and new 32' wall hung TV's.
Bathrooms: NEW in 2014. Main Bathroom COMPLETELY remodeled. New tiled floor shower with glass doors. New tiled floors, new toilet and vanity. New toilet and new vanity with marble top in master bathroom. Fiberglass bathtub and shower in the master bedroom.
Deck: 24' long deck with amazing views. 4 new bar height chairs and pub table and 2 new standard height chairs (Note, this is nice beach furniture, not the flimsy plastic stuff).

About the owner: OK, that's not me in the picture, that's our son. This is our 2nd property on SPI. We live in Wisconsin and love to spend time down on the island.
Why the Owner Chose Inverness: Beachfront, Beachfront, Beachfront. Amazing views of the Gulf from the deck and within the condo as well. You can literally throw a stone from the deck to the beach. You can also over look the island, the bay and causeway from the east (most condos don't offer this view).
This is the type of condo we always looked for when vacationing ourselves. 1st priority was always being on the beach. Not beach view, but on the beach. With this condo, we can be on the deck, relax to the sounds of the surf and take in the sights of the Gulf and miles and miles of beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: When shopping for a vacation rental, I like you, look for a great deal. We've tried to price this condo very competitively. I see many beachfront and non-beachfront units for more. This next part is somewhat difficult to convey: Price is important, but it's not everything. Most of us (me included) look for the lowest price. But that's not always the best value. To save $50, $100 or whatever amount on a weekly rental and have something that is acceptable or something you'll be disappointed in is not worth it. Ask a lot of questions when picking out a place. The pictures in the different listings don't tell the whole story. Big details like the condition of the condo or cleanliness don't show in the pictures. Small details like silverware, wall art, furniture, TV's don't show up either. Many condos are often equipped with the old items that aren't being used at the owners main house anymore so they furnish the condo with them. NOT THIS ONE. We have personally spent hours and hours of hard work painting, fixing, replacing/remodeling and furnishing this condo with nice items, not left overs or garage sale stuff. This is a great value!!! We hope you choose our condo when visiting the island.
