Breakfast is great on the 40-foot balcony in your jammies.
Our unit offers brand-new, state-of-the-art, 44-inch-wide screen HDTV with digital, high-definition cable with 12 HBO channels. Each bedroom has a 27-inch TV with DVD, VCR, and cable access including 12 HBOs as well. We have high-speedInternet access for those little jobs at work you may need to tend to.
Our kitchen offers all the luxuries of home with coffee maker, can opener, toaster, mixer, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, and, oh yes, we have a blender. Plenty of cooking and serving utensils are all here for your use. There is service for 12. And do not forget the laundry - a full-size washer and dryer unit is available off the master bathroom!
Amenities include the following: covered garage parking (great for those sweltering 90-plus degree days), two swimming pools (one heated), two hot tubs, one kiddy pool enclosed by fence with picnic area, and picnic area with grill. In addition, a workout room is provided, for those who like to stay in shape.
Just steps to the beach. Lounge chairs with umbrellas available, or bring your own beach chairs and beach toys because your just a few steps to the water.
Conveniences of Thomas Drive area include game room, miniature golf, and go-cart racing are just a few of the attractions within walking distance, not to mention fast food, convenience stores, and shops, all within walking distance as well. Signal Hill Golf Course is just two minutes away. Enjoy Thomas Drive's light traffic - great when you are trying to get to dinner on time to one of the many restaurants Panama City Beach has to offer, all within minutes of Gulf Crest, Panama City Beach's most newly opened condominium resort.
For entertainment, there is enjoyment for all in Panama City Beach, whether it is eating out, going out and casting your reel to catch your own dinner, or watching others bring in their catch! Our vacation gang made up of 2 sisters and 2 nieces loved this condo. Clean, large, beach service and just what we wanted. Working with Eileen was a treat. We have been going on vacation together since 1974 and Eileen was one of the best rentors we have had the pleasure of working with. When we return to Panama City Beach we plan to rent from Eileen at Gulf Crest. My sister got sick on Wednesday and felt like she was cheated out of her vacation, the 2 of us thought we might go on vacation again before the summer was over; She fell June 3 at home and broke her ankle in 3 places and can not put any weight on that ankle for 3 months, now she is cheated out of summer! If you are looking for a nice condo,rent from Eileen at Gulf Crest you will be very pleased.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This condo is beautiful and exceptionally clean. We had a wonderful time and the owner is very helpful and accommodating. We had 8 people stay in this condo and still had plenty of room. The view was gorgeous and the location was convenient and quiet. I would recommend staying here and hope to stay again next year. Thanks Eileen for the great condo!!

This beautiful, spacious condo has all the comforts of home! The gulf front view from the balcony is spectacular! There were 6 of us staying in this condo and we had plenty of room! The living area is spacious and wait until you see the balcony!!! The location was perfect for us! Can't wait to come back next spring! The Ya-Ya's Albany, GA

The Byars have a beautiful condo at Gulfcrest in Panama City Beach, FL. Every bit as nice as described. You would not believe how well you can hear the surf from the 11th floor. I honestly believe you can hear the waves better from the 11th floor than you can from the lower floors. Can't say enough about the covered parking. Everything was fantastic and we will return next year.
